Response: In some countries, it is crucial to purchase a home rather than rent one. This is because buying a home in some countries is a sign of success and is a long-term financial investment. I contend this is a positive situation due to some compelling reasons that I will mention in this essay. To begin with, there are several reasons why being a homeowner is important in some nations. First of all, it can be a long-term financial investment and provide potential profits for people. That is to say, if people live in their own house, they will not pay annual rent, leading to financial security for them, especially when the property value increases. For example, some people purchase a house, and if it becomes more valuable, they can sell it and make a profit, resulting in a sense of success and belonging. Secondly, homeowners can modify their living spaces; they can redesign or rebuild them, which is often restricted in rental properties. Moreover, I believe that trying to live as a homeowner can bring a positive circumstance. This is because it will help people to strive more in their lives. In other words, the more people try to buy a home, the more they attempt to work for earning money, making them improve their productivity and efficiency. For instance, if people prioritize purchasing a house, they will definitely attempt to save more money and tighten their belts, leading to increased resilience and capability. In conclusion, in some countries, it is very essential for people to be homeowners rather than renting. Owing, owing? to the potential benefits for residents. In addition, I firmly believe that this is a useful condition because it will make citizens have more endeavour, which provides them with a sense of satisfaction.

Response: It is true that many food manufacturers produce food and drinks with huge amounts of sugar. This trend can result in several detrimental health issues. Some people argue that in order to decrease sugar consumption, these products should be sold at higher prices. I strongly disagree with this approach, and in this essay, I will discuss some of the reasons behind my perspective. To begin with, in order to encourage individuals to consume less sugar, many measures can be done, such as increase the prices of sugary products. I believe it is not only an extreme measurem, but also an pointless strategy, as it does not necessarily prevent people purchasing these snacks. To illustrate, humans inherently do not like to be forced to do or do not certain actions. They would rather they, themselves, choose to avoid eating harmful food. In other words, by making these goods more expensive, people will lose their right to choose. Furthermore, they might even tend to consume more harmful food as the alternative such as exessive drinking of alcohol. In addition, some other approaches such as boosting social awareness, could be more effective. While the previous method can obligate people not to consume certain ingredients, decent advertising aim to awareness, is much more acceptable by people. For example, if well-known celebrities ,such as the influencers on Inastagram, promotes healthy diet and avoid eating processed food, a vast majority of people, particularly adolescents, tend to cut manufactured food and drink from their diet. In conclusion, although many consider increase the prices of sugary food a good idea to decreas the number of its consumers, I think the given method is not effective since people should have the right to choose. Additionaly, there are many other impactful strategies such as promoting eating healthy through commercials.

Response: It is believed by some people that music is a universal language and can bring the hearts of people with various cultures and ages together. I completely agree with this opinion on the basis of music events and the natural roots of music in humans. Firstly, music attracts individuals, and when it comes to music, it reminds us of concerts, tours, parties, and other gatherings. People can have conflicts, arguments, competitions, and even wars might happen between several countries, but music is a point where people put aside their conflicts and enjoy the positive atmosphere that music brings to them. Additionally, the amount of joy from listening to music will be multiplied when people gather at a concert, as people can transfer their joys to each other. For example, the biggest music tour has been held by the famous American singer, Taylor Swift, with more than 100 thousand people from different cultures, values, and languages. So, music is a universal language drawing people to have a great time together regardless of their opinions, conflicts, races, languages, and different values. Secondly, music has roots in the nature of humans. Nobody can deny the positive effects of music on the emotions of humans, as music is the sound of nature and impacts anybody, regardless of their race, opinions, and culture. Music has been developed in different forms of human sentiments; all the emotions of humans, such as happiness, sadness, empathy, longing, desire, love, and so on, are found in music. So, music has a lot to say, and there are billions of people who love to hear it out there. In conclusion, I personally believe music has risen from the nature of humans and is a kind of art that is more enjoyable to experience with other people as they share their feelings there, so music is definitely a good way to bring and gather people together.

Response: Some people argue that professionals should be work in the countries where they have been trained, while others group believe that they should be free to move to any destination they want. This essay will examine both these views. Professionals such as doctors and engineers have to train long years, that is required to use of educational facilities and human resources of a country. Consequently, providing these facilities are government's responsibility. Governments consider plenty of resources to provide some conditions to study with assumption of have a professional labor sources in the future. For instance, doctors have to take long theory and practical courses to become a doctor. In this case they use of hospitals and their medical equipment which belong to government. Current professionals will be retired and new professionals who have been trained will replace with them. On the other hand, some people argue that professionals should be free to choose which country they want to work and live. Professional life in one aspect of life and should not effect on whole life. They can immigrate, according to their preferences or their goals. Because some country do not prepare sufficient situations for these professionals after graduating to encourage them to stay where they had been trained. These encouragements can be like reduction taxes for them or giving some benefits like simplify some labor lows for them to run their business. In conclusion, although the process of become professional has a huge expenditures for governments, I firmly believe these people should be free to work in another country if they wish. Encouraging them to stay with consider some benefits will be useful, but I disagree with any force for them.

Response: Some individuals believe that competing at different environment such as work, school or even in daily life is beneficial, while others argue that trying to be more cooperative is better than competing against each other. Personally, I think that we as humans should engage more cooperative skills rather than being a competitive person. On the one hand, those people who advocate for competition believe that, competing could contribute to a better position in various parts of the life. That is to say, at school, students who work harder would become the top student and reach a great performance level. The harder they strive, the more successful academic person they become. In a workplace, being in a competitive environment would lead to better outcomes. Employees, who work harder, enhance their capabilities and also boost their courage in order to reach the goals. Moreover, competitive spirit motivates individuals to excel in their life. On the other hand, people who claim that cooperation plays crucial role in human’s life have their own assertions. cooperative behavior would develop social skills including, communication, empathy and teamwork. Moreover, it fosters interpersonal skills such as being patient and learning to cope with conflict perspectives. For example, if students work with smarter partners in school projects, they would learn their mistakes and try to correct them. Thus, not only is cooperative skills prominent, but also it contributes to productive activities. In conclusion, although being competitive help individuals to reach higher position in society, having cooperative attitudes lead to learning social and personal skills which is more beneficial than just competing with others.

Response: Urbanization and modern life have presented people with a number of challenges and decisions, particulalry having a accommodation plays a crucial role in people's lives. In some countries, it is essential for dwellers to buy a home instead of residing in rental house. There are several reasons that may contribute to this issue, and I suppose, it is a positive development for many people. Probably, there are some people who are enthusiastic about having their own home rather than renting it due to economic instability and secure safe living condition in some countries. In other words, the price of housing may increase significantly due to inflation and sanction, and citizens prefer to buy home to ensure about their accommodation in their retired days. Hence, they do not worry about paying rent and deposite more often. Moreover, many people invest their money on buying houses to ensure their wealth that would not be declined because of bad economic situations. As a result, it is a safe way to investment and increase their wealth instead of paying more money to rent a house. A good reason to considering a positive impact on people's lives for buying house is that they live with a higher standard. To illustrate, if citizens have their own home rather than rent it, they will have the essential factor of living. For example, there are some young people who want to get married with their loves one, so they can buy a house instead of renting it. Therefore, they can save money to other priorities instead of paying rent. Another positive point to consider is that in some developing countries the price of house has been increasing, so it is good for people to buy house sooner because they may never have their own accommoation in the future. In conslusion, in some countries it is necessary for citizens to have their own house rather than living in a rental one because it can help them live with good conditions in the aging time and benefiting from their economic stability. This can lead to flexibility, and they would not worry about paying rent.

The Emphasis on Novelty in Advertising

Response: It is true that in recent times, companies and brands often try to bold the fact that their goods are new and up-dated through commercials in certain ways. There are numerous factors that contribute to this trend. This essay will examine some of the reasons behind it, and explain why I belive it is a negative development. To begin with, many businesses are trying to emphazise on their latest model products in their advertising, in order to attract audience's attention. Consequently, people's sense of need will be triggered and they will be willing to purchase those products. This happens since a large number of people have a tendency to possess not only the best ,but also newest objects. For example, every year, Apple inroduces the latest model of Iphone and tries to promot it, by saying about its state-of-the-art technologies and features. As a result, a vast majority of individuals will be persuaded to buy it. However, I do not think it is a positive development. In my opinion, firstly, this trend results in consumerism, as poeple will assume that if they want to stay up-to-date, they have to buy any new-released gadget, even if they do not truely need it. Furthermore, customers might do every thing to have that item, making people materialistic. To illustrate, in order to buy the newest model of Iphone, a noticeable number of people borrow money from others or even get a loan from a bank. In conclusion, brands emphasize on their cutting-edge materials through commercials, in order to convince people buy their productions more and more. Because of several reasons such as widespreading consumerist culture, I am strongly against this phenomenon and believe it is a negative development.

Response: Taking risks has become a debate among people, and it is said that risk taking is important both in our professions and private lives. Although this can have benefits like opening new doors in individual lives, in my opinion, the disadvantages such as, financial causes and health problems far outweigh the advantages. The most important advantage of taking risks is that it broadens our horizens. That is to say people gain experience by tryig new things like travelling to a country that they have never been to. Visiting new regions gives us the opportunity to meet new people, becoming familiar with their cultures, and generally changes our mindsets about life by learning to look at life in their perspective. For example, Americans will learn a lot about eastern culture by visiting historical palaces in Japan and talking to its people. On the other hand, general health causes can be an issue while taking risks. Some risks might involve a significant amount of hazards for our well-being. Such activities that people do to show others that they are a risktaker might cost a lifelong regret for them. For instance, some riskful activities like diving from a high cliff into the ocean may lead to breaking an arm or a leg and even causing death at severe cases. Moreover, tasks that are considered as being full of risks probably contain potential financial issues. From a professional aspect, changing or quitting jobs have their own risks such as not finding a better job for a long time. Being unemployed means that people have to use their savings in order to survive because they do not earn money any more. The risk of pursuing a better job that some people take might put the under pressure financially, and they will struggle for paying bills or rent payments. In conclusion, while taking risks has its own advantages like giving us a new perspective, I believe that the drawbacks are more considerable.

Response: Numeurous health problems are observed due to high levels of sugar in manufactured food and drink products. Thus, it is said that, sugary products should be more expensive as this strategy can reduce the sugar consumption. By considering its importance among people, I belive that we can not control the consumption of sugar by an incease in the cost of this product. Cost of a product is an essential factor on the demand of a that, and play a crucial role in individuals' shopping attitudes. In fact, an increased cost is mentioned as a method in controling the usage of a product in a society. This phenomenon is occured due to limited revenue of people and highly-costed goods are not affoardable among most of the peole. In other words, they would by a product when its prize be assumed fare and acceptable. However this method is not a useful method in all the cases and demand of some products would not be changed by a higher cost. Products can be devided in several groups such as nessessary and luxery goods. Neccessary goods are essential elements in daily usage of individuals and they as a result do not care about the prize. Bread and sugar, for instance, are used every day in their existance is essential. Thus, people would perchase these items without considerung its cost. This factor is acceptable reason and it ensure me that sugar will be used frequently even by determining a rised prize on it. All in all, cost of a product can reduce its request among people, while some products like sugar are neccessary goods and their demand would not be changed.
