Response: In some nations more and more individuals are keen to discover about the history and background of the building they live in. In my point of view the principal reason of this attitude is to be aware of the stuructute of building and other cause is knowing about previous habitants . The manner individuals can get information of these isuses is to question of neighbors. In trems of the construction the building materials for constructing vary around the world ، building rules differ as well. For instance buildings are habitable in most part of the countries whereas it is esssential to have renovations، therefore the face of the builings remains almost constant over years or maybe it needs some minor chanegs، while the interior parts have significantly modified. Moreover get information about previous habitants and how they maintaince the houses are effective. When it comes to know about history of buildings we can mention the neighbors، especially the ones who have been living for long time in that regon .Although we can get informed about history of residential building trough local autharities ، in my opinion the information of the neighbors is more reliable for they are always in presence. In conclusion the interest of individuals to know about their buildings is not only admitted ،it is also a necessity. By getting informed of the structure and building materials and the way of renovation poeple could be more confident of their choice of dwelling. The convienent way to reach this data is to ask neighbors.

Response: Students attend university to improve their prospects and find suitable employment after graduation. For this reason, some feel that they should focus all their energy on their main subjects to gain a relevant qualification. Others want a more well-rounded education, so they try to learn about additional subjects. It is perfectly reasonable for students to enter university with a strong sense of curiosity and a desire to learn as much as possible. Unfortunately, we tend to put subjects into artificial boxes, suggesting that business, art and science are not connected. If students become too focused on a single area, it may stifle their initial curiosity, limiting their potential. They could also graduate with a very narrow skill set that doesn't translate well to the current job market, which often favours those who have taken a multidisciplinary approach to their studies. Despite this, caution is certainly needed. The more we learn about a subject, the more complex it becomes. Gaining an in-depth, specialist knowledge of a subject requires a certain level of focus and dedication over a long period. If we try to learn about too many things at once, our Knowledge may lack the depth required to obtain a qualification. If they are not careful, young people could begin to lose interest in their main subjects, which would be detrimental to their studies. While learning about other subjects is not necessarily a bad thing, I believe university students should ensure that their main subjects remain the priority so that they do not lose sight of their objective: gaining a qualification. Then they can calculate how much time, energy and headspace they have left for learning about other topics.

Response: The number of people travelling from countrysides toward capitals and big cities around the world is on the rise. This trend is causing problems for rural areas as well as bringing drawbacks to cities which of both require careful consideration. However, the negative aspects of this migrating pattern deserve careful attention which I will elaborate on in the following essay. On the one hand, as village settlers move to mega cities, the population of manpower in those remote areas will drop significantly, which have negative effects on both industries and local residents. First and foremost, in terms of industrial aspect, the companies in such places encounter a lack of a sufficient workforce because the skilled workers have travelled to big cities in search of better job prospects and higher income. In this context, employers are obliged to pay higher wages to adept worker for commuting long distances from other adjacent towns which has a direct detrimental influence on the domestic economy. Additionaly, this trend not only poses a threat to organisations, but also forces locals to face the consequences of this situation. For example, if a person wants to repair impaired equipment in their house in those remote regions, they will have to bring in an expert from another cities within the country which is undoubtedly costly and daunting. On the flip side, as a result of the growing population rate in destination cities, concerns including poorer air quality, a polluted environment, and a lack of decent jobs for city dwellers are inevitable. As an illustration, the more citizens work, the more fossil fuel is needed to operate private and public transport vehicles which considerably contributes to pollution in the weather and environment due to emitting a high amount of carbon dioxide and exhaust emissions. Furthermore, as demands for jobs escalate in overcrowded capital cities, the unemployment rate will assuredly surge, necessitating immediate measures to address the issue; otherwise, negative outcomes become impossible to mend. In conclusion, as indicated above, the migration of people from rural areas to urban ones is considered an undesirable process that has multifaceted drawbacks for both environments, such as increasing the unemployment rate in metropolises along with decreasing the workforce in remote regions. I firmly believe this pattern is the last thing every nation wants.

Response: The variety of university subjects has significantly increased over the past few decades. Despite the arguments of some people that all of the time and attention of the students must be allocated to their own major, in this essay I intend to discuss about why the opposite of this belief is true. The reasons for this are twofold. First, it is vitally important that we appreciate the importance of some courses. On one hand, some people might believe it is not worthwhile for students to learn about general courses which do not belong to their main major. On the other hand, some teachers and parents encourage children to learn about different subjects. With regard to both views, it is my personal belief that all university students in the world must know a negligible amount of knowledge in different criteria. Some university's courses such as art, personal growth or psychology are essential and despite the fields of study, it is crucial for all members of society to know about it. For instance if biology students do not know anything about how to develop a well-balanced character or how to incorporate personal boundaries, they might be face difficulties in their personal lives and finding an appropriate partner. Furthermore, if art students do not know any tips related to business, it is hard for them to found a startup in the future. Moreover, in my opinion, it is the university's responsibility to provide different extracurricular activities and classes. One of the best ways to do this is to provide different facilities such as a sports club, and music club along with art and psychology classes aimed at encouraging students to participate in those activities in their leisure time. By way of conclusion, I once again reaffirm my view that it is essential for students to learn about other subjects in addition to their main subject.

The Future of Printed Media

Response: It is sometimes argued that in the far future newspapers and books will disappear. Due to advancements in technology, news and books will be published online and with no need for payment, so they will be more accessible to people. While I agree that books and newspapers would be significantly affected in the future, I believe that there are individuals who will continue to buy paper books or newspapers, and even pay for them. On the one hand, the effects of technological developments are undeniable, particularly on books and newspapers. First of all, with a considerable range of platforms in the world, there is competition between local and national press to attract their customers, so the newest news will be published quickly and will be available and free on many platforms, even on social media, like Instagram. In addition, as more people become aware of the detrimental effect of printing paper, which causes deforestation, they are less willing to buy these and prefer more e-books or read news online. Therefore, these traditional ways will lose their attraction. On the other hand, despite the above arguments, I believe that some people are going to use paper-based news or books in the future. By increasing the speed of publishing news, there are potential disadvantages. Firstly, the quality of news will decrease; and secondly, the yellow press might publish false news to increase their income. As a result, individuals will buy news to ensure that the publisher does not make any mistakes for its profit. Moreover, there are a number of people who struggle with the physical conditions, medical problems or not being familiar with technology, so they will buy paper books or news. For example, the older generation or disabled people who are not being able to go out will have to buy books, or people who have eye problems would continue to use traditional methods. In conclusion, in the wake of technology, paper books and newspaper may be forgotten, because in the future everything will be free and available. Although I agree that technology has a vital impact on books and newspapers, in my opinion in the future some people, such as the elderly, will still buy news or prefer to read paper books.

The Role of Competition and Cooperation in Society

Response: There are opposing views on whether competition in various environments, including school and work is beneficial. Many argue that it can help us, while others believe cooperating can be more effective. This essay will examine both perspectives and explain why I agree with the former viewpoint. To begin with, a number of individuals hold the belief that cooprationg in better than competition, as it does not put coworkers and pupils against each other. They think rivalry can result not only in hostility but also in the separation of friends in severe cases, while collaborating builds bonds and reinforces team spirit in people. Furthermore, when people work in a team and try to assist each other, more ideas will be created. For example, in many elite companies, in order to address an issue, colleagues tend to brainstorm, as they believe it is the best approach to problem-solving. However, a vast majority of people believe competition in certain areas is essential. First and foremost, being competitive is a part of an individual's nature, and humans inherently tend to be the best in all competitions. If there had not been competition between actors at the Oscar ceremony, no one would have bothered themselves and done their best to win an award. Thereforem, competitive spirit plays a significant role in the progress and enthusiasm of people to develop themselves. In conclusion, although teaming up with others is a good approach as it prevents enmity, I think having competition in different fields is vital, as it helps us to try to get better and achieve resounding accomplishments.
