Nowadays, there is a controversial discussion among authorities whether a competetive or a cooperative environment is most effective. While the first group argues that encountering to a competitive environment would be more beneficial, The other group argues that cooperation between members in different communities contribute to more benefits. In this essay I will discuss both mindsets and in my opinion, the latter group reasoning is more justifiable. On the one hand, some argue that competition is essential for progress. The chief reason of their claim is that it is closely assosiated with personal growth. When people are being exposed in situations that needs them to compete with their counterparts, they are encouraged to nurture their skills to exceeds their rivals. For example, in school environment, the grade educational system triggers students to study harder to get the best scores. As the resut, their knowledge and skills in academic subjects will be better. The same occures in the workplace, when colleagues compete each other and gain more competencies in their field to obtain the promotion. Hence, Others, including myself, argue that cooperative environment would be worthwhile in terms of personal growth and also favour the organisation profits. Their reasons are twofold. First and foremost, providing a cooperative situation causes motivation. For all individuals working or studying in an environment when there is no rat race to prove themselves, provides a sense of calmness which stimulate them to flourish themselves and have an effective performance. Moreover, In this situation, people can learn more from each other. People in an organisation for instance, can share whatever they know, correct each others mistake, and use others experiences, all to reach the ultimate goal of the organisation. In conclusion, while the competition, as the former group believe, would be of some benefits, I believe the advantages result from cooperation are more significant.

In today’s digital world, a wide range of ways to compete with others have emerged. Whereas many people push themselves in competition with other people in all aspects of life, many still drive pleasure from cooperating with other people, rather than fighting against each other. Although both believes are true and have their own benefits, I would like to lean toward the former. For the majority of the society cooperation in everyday life can be an extremely positive experience. Working together allows individuals to have the opportunity to communicate and gain new information from others. A good example is that, companies that divide employees in groups to handle projects together could have better results since people in the group help each other to solve the problems even if it is not their responsibility to have the best outcome, they will put so much efford to finish the project. Competition is an efficient way to improve the quality of life. Individuals can try harder and increase their knowledge after compering themselves with others in community. Comparison encourage people to trust themselves, set goals and try to reach it.Olympic games are a good example of competition among human which arise unbelievable talents between trainers with some recorded in gines book. In conclusion, even though some would rather cooperation with others in society due to enjoying themselves working and communicating with others, I would rather to compete myself with others in so many aspects of life in light of being more hardworking in each part of life, as well as more creative.

Diverse perspectives regarding competition or cooperation are prevalent among individuals. While some argue that competition in various aspects of life such as schools, work, and everyday life has benefits, others think that it is preferable to collaborate with each other. Personally, in my view coordination is more beneficial. On the one hand, some support that creating a competitive environment has many benefits such as hard work and self-improvement. When people create a competitive environment, by observing how others make an effort and energy for their goals, try harder to achieve their own objectives. In other words, it operates as a stimulation. Additionally, competing with other individuals can lead to self-improvement. This is because they may want to be the winner of this competition. Consequently, they try to enhance their skills and abilities by attending various courses or strengthening their previous skills by mastering them. On the other hand, some think that since constant competition may have some potential drawbacks it is better to cooperate with others than compete. They say that rivalry can cause feelings of anxiety and stress because you want to be superior all the time. Therefore, if they experience failure they may lose their confidence and think they are not good enough. This issue in the long run may create a sense of disappointment. Moreover, collaboration with others can increase the speed of the movement toward success. For instance, in the workplace, if one employee struggles with a certain subject, they can ask for help from their colleagues and use their knowledge to solve the problem in a short amount of time. In conclusion, despite the potential benefits of competition, namely, personal growth and more dedication, I believe that cooperation with others has countless advantages including achieving your attainments quickly and avoiding the negative consequences of comparing yourself with others.

Nowadays people prefer to choose work for their selves(self-employed), rather than working for companies or organization. In my opinion each of the them have some advantages and some disadvantages. Although self- employed apparently shows full of opportunities rather than working for organization but many hide aspects of it should be mentioned and assess more carefully. First of all, it is abviouse that if people work for their selves they gain many advantages. For instant, when I worked in my bessines I had had flexible time while I had to work harder than before but my income drastically increased in comparison between same time working for employe. However working for myself helped me to raise self-development also expand my vision and flexibility in harsh time. People should be improved acceptance about fail because there is nothings steady in any market. Although self-employed seems more comfortable but it depends on many factors. If people expanded data about it, self-employed would be work. If you are more challangable person than employees it is good for you. Also people should be take different risk, unlimited time work and possibility for fail. For example, while I accepted all features that I mentioned already Pandemic in 2020 accured suddenly and I failed my bussines. As a consequence, while most of the people prefer to work for their selves I believe that few number of them strongly follow this and if they getting more information about this approach they may change attitudes.

There is no doubt that rivals make each other better. While some people think that having rivalry at the workplace, school, and everyday life is not a good thing, I would argue that why it is beneficial for people. Competing in a group instead of cooperation between members can hurt the outcome of an organisation. This is because while people are fighting with each other to gain a better position, some great ideas can be missing. For example, consider an advertisement company where employees are trying to sabotage other models, so they can get the promotion, and it can damage the creativity of the whole system, and they might lose clients. Conversely, if those people work together, they would gain a significant profit. Competition can make humans try harder in order to reach higher positions. It is clear that people can be more creative and hardworking when there are other rivals. For instance, imagine a car factory where there are several designers, and their boss attends a race and prepares a prize for the winner of the best design. At this moment, everyone will do their best to achieve the glory of being the best and win the prize, so the company will gain benefits and its designs will be better. On the opposite, if there is only one designer, he wont bother himself to create a new model. In conclusion, although partnership can boost the quality of the workplace and school, in my view, competition in a healthy environment can improve the entire system.

However, some people argue that museums are an academic place, others believe they are also considered as an entertainment facility. I believe museums are a place where all kind of people can visit for either entertainment or studying. Some people think, museums are an entertainment area as all people are welcomed there. They are places which contain all the history and traditions of a country. Moreover, every citizen is allowed to go there to discover their country's identity. While exploring these sites, they can enjoy their visit simply by observing different antique objects such as paintings and statues. Additionally, they do not need to have any knowledge about their history as they can learn related information in museums. For example, France has announced that every French citizen can visit all the museums in Pais without any fees. This decision has been made to encourage people to know about their country better. In contrast, other people disagree with the presence of ordinary people in museum. The reason is that they believe it is an academic environment. Moreover, they should welcome only scientists and students to do research and study. Also, the presence of ordinary people may have a negative effect on the preservation of the objects. And that is because they may not have enough awarness about the value of the antiques and damage them unintentionly. For instance, A news break two months ago about two environmetal acticists who poured tomato sauce on a Picaso vintage painting as a sign of protest. In conclusion, although there are some risks when museums are opened for the public, but those are government's concerns to ensure the security of the museums. However, they can not belong to a specific group of society, as every person has a right to discover their country's rich history

There is an ongoing debate about whether competition or cooperation should be prioritized in various aspects of life, including at work, at school, and daily routin activities. While some individuals advocate competetion, believing it drives excellence and resiliency at work, I firmily assume that cooperation would be the best approach, as could provide with sopportive ambience as well as increased collective intelligence. On the one hand, cooparative activity bring about an advocative environment, where individuals can florish while contributing eachother conquering any obstacle they might face along the way. Additionally, cooperation can enable them to improve their collective consciousness, as they priviously worked together and strengthened their weaknesses. As an example, when students at schools are divided in groups in order to learn and practice their subjects, they remarkably react more productively compared to those are enforced to cope with education hardship personally. On the other hand, however, there would be some people who supports the idea of competetion rather than cooperation. They hold this perspective that when people are under pressure of competetion, they mostly strive to do their best and finally outperform they rivals which leads to relience performance in though situations. To conclude, despite of the some considering competion as better approach, I firmly contend that cooperation is the most appropriate way coping with hurddles in life, as not only could bring about a freindly sopportive environment, bot more importantly could provide with the increased collective awareness that everyone could success at work and other aspects of life.

There is a segment of society who believes that competing in life routine is positive, while others think that helping each other is more beneficial. I align my self with latter statement. People have always been competing with each other in different areas. There are several factors responsible for why they like competition. Firstly, they compare themselves with their classmates or co-workers, which leads them to try more and fall in the trap of competition. Moreover, they might suffer from mental health issues that may appear as unsatisfiancy. Again, they may feel better if they compete with others and with those battles. But I believe this kind of competition may have many affects on their lives. They may not enjoy their lives until they get what they want, which I think is so cruel for their mental wellbeing. Furthermore, their personal lives is going to be affected after they spent their days in competitions. On the other hand, there are people who argue that cooperating is a better way than competing. If we teach our children to have a company in any task that they supposed to do, consequently they will learn how to help each other and get better results. Recent studies showed that athletes whom are participating in group sports, are better in solving problems and are less likely to suffer from anxiety and depression. Indeed being a part of team results in experiencing empathy, happiness and sadness all together. Conversely, exposing your self in competition for a long period may consequences in anger and frustration. In conclusion, although individuals have always tried to be the best version of themselves, it is better to abandon this behaviour and try to cooperate.

Some people believe that competing with others in studying, working, and generally in our every aspects of our lives is a positive act, while others argue that people should work together and collaborate instead. In my opinion, although competitions can be beneficial to a certain extent, cooperation can be more effective and more advantageous. On the one hand, competitions can motivate individuals to thrive in their studies or professions. Motivation contributes to enhanced performances and surpassing other people in the field. This happens because individuals compare themselves to others and analise other's actions to do better than them. Competition can also happen while people compare their past self to the person they have become at the present, therefore they can see how much they grew and work on their weaknesses. Therefore, productivity would improve as people try to achieve higher positions and attainments, and personal and public growth would happen along together. Cooperation, on the other hand, is more beneficial because people tend to help and assist eachother in hardships and difficalties. Individuals can ask for guidence about their problems, and they will be sure that there is always someone to support them and give advice. In addition, when people work in a team, they divide the necessary tasks and responsibilities, so in this way projects may complete in a faster pace while being more reliable, considering the fact that several people had worked on them before and removed almost all the mistakes. All these reasons lead to a safer environment for everyone to thrive peacefully with other people's collaboration and assistence. I believe that competiton can be less productive than cooperation. The reason is that, when people compete with their colleagues or classmates, they compare their abilities and actions to people who have completely different abilities and backgrounds, and this leads to increasing anxiety, self doubt, and serious mental issues. As a result productivity and efficiency would considerably decline. So I think cooperation is a better choice. In conclusion, While competing with our classmates and other people can benefit us, I believe that cooperation is more effective and creates a safer environment to grow.
