Response: It is argued among many people in some countries and nations that understanding about the history of building they live in is going to be their favourit. being interseted in this subject can be arisen for a rage of reasons that I would argue below. On the one hand, many individuals may be interested in knowing about their houses or buildings for some reasons. Firstly, they may be informed from a way that, probably in the house or building they are living in, treasure can be found undergroud. This can be very probable in historic countries. In Iran, for example, if people be heard that treasure can be found in their houses, they probably start to dig the ground to be reach. Secondly, in terms of culture, many people aren't interested in living in a home that doesn't have a clear history. Religious families, for instance, are interested in living where has a clear history and past. On the other hand, people can be informed about the history of their houses by quering some resources. Individuals who are living in a neighbour for many years are strong, and reliable resources for searching; therefore, people who are interested in finding out about the history of their houses can visit these people and ask them about their houses or buildings. Furthermore, local councils and authorities have much information about all the houses and buildings in a neighbour; therefore, people can request them to answer their questions. Moreover, in some countries like Iran, every neighbour usually has a mosque that may have data about the homes and buildings located in particular neighour, so this may be a good way for people to explore the history of their buildings. In conclusion, many people in many nations may be interested in understaning about the history of their houses for many reasons like achieving to treasure, and they can be informed by the ways argued above. I think It would be pleasant if we knew about the history of our homes.

Response: In today's challenging world, many discuss that accepting the current situation, whether it is satisfaying or not, is the best option because it prevents individuals from negative feelings such as jealousy and shame. However, other argue that striving to improve our condition is key to success. I agree with the latter one because this approach fosters our progress and knowledge so we can enhance our job position or level of income. On the one hand, adopting with the situation leads to promote good feelings such as happiness and fortune, and prevent us from negative points. Hence, by implementing such wisdoms on life, people can enjoy the moment and be grateful of their achievements. Furthermore, there would be always a better situation for people irrespective of their job conditions or salary. Therefore, If people want to envy what others have, they will never be satisfied. For instance, a worker dream is to becoming a specialist, and a specialist dream is to becoming a manager. On the other hand, trying to achieve will enncourage people to learn new skills and knowledge. Consequently, the more people work harder and learn effectively, the more fortune would be resulted for them. Nobody have become a manager or millionaire in one night but they have kept their consistency and hard work throughout a long period to acheive. For instance, a perofesor at university have studied at least more than twenty years, maintaining and improving his knowledge. In conclusion, while many believe that poeple should embrace their problem and do not complain because of the negative feelings it brings, I contend that persuing happiness is linked to trying harder and more consistency and there is not any way to feel satisfied.

Response: Nowadays, In many parts of the world, a variety of international food companies introduce unlimited choices of food to consumers. In my opinion, availibility to different food would have a couple of potential advanteges for both consumers and the economy of the countries. Importing food from other nations could have economic prosperity as it enhance the trade industry. It is to say, food obtained one of the largest sector in the trade industry and enterprenuers are entusiastically investing in this sector. This investment, could flourish the economic of the country as it can raise the income, investing by tradesmen, and the governments could exploit this opportunity by coaperating with these companies to enhance the economic. For instance, wallmart, is one of the biggest chain markets in the worls, offers a variety of food which attracts more costumers, eventually raise huge profits for fonders. Furthermore, introducing a wide range of products provide an unlimited choices for purchasers. Having different kind of foods gives the opportunity to try new things from different countries, and also it could help to introduce the culture of a nation to other parts of the world. People could familiarize with different cuisines and dishes prepared in factories from other parts of the world, having new experiences and familiar with traditional food of other cultures. For example , sushi, originated in Japan, once was so unfamiliar for other people in the world, now have been introduced by different companies to another regions ,consequently it have made the Japan and its culture become more familiar for other people. Response: in the current climate, life expectations in many nations have increased significantly, leading communities to have more elder people. This trend does have numerous benefits and drawbacks. I wholeheartedly believe that the advantages pale in comparison to disadvantages. The elderly may bring about several beneficial points. Firstly, they can be perfect guides for the younger generation of a society. As obvious as it may seem, the old have more experience concerning various aspects of life, as many events have happened to them. In other words, old people can convey their experiences to the young that may not be acquainted with different issues. As a result, the youth are able to benefit from seniors. An aging population, on the other hand, might cause numerous challenges for governments. The elderly are often retired, so they are not among workforce. What can be inferred from this statement is that these individuals are less likely to contribute to the economic prosperity. Conversely, those who are not among the circle of active workers can have adverse effects on the economy of a country. Not only are not seniors productive, since they are out of work, they are paid monthly pensions. Furthermore, old people are often physically weaker, so they may be in need of healthcare services more than other age groups. This issue can have detrimental implications on the economy, as well. To explain more, Instead of building schools and higher institutes of education, for example, to enhance the literacy rate, the government should construct hospitals and medical centers to cope with health problems of the old. In conclusion, in spite of the fact that an aging population can bring about several positive outcomes for territories, I contend that the elderly might create more problems. First of all, they are usually unemplyed. Additionally, they need heathcare services. Both of these factors inevitably lead to the weaker economic status.

Response: Nowadays, advertisements have played an indispensable role in the marketing and advertising industry has become an important field. Although some feel that adverts are no longer at the center of customers' attention, I completely agree with those who believe that advertising is extremely beneficial to convincing consumers. On the one hand, it could be argued that some advertisements are too repetitive and boring. This similar content is always exaggerating the benefits of particular goods and consumers may no longer trust them. As a result, these adverts do not influence customers' decisions. Additionally, it is said that some advertisements can be intrusive, especially while people are watching a movie or reading an article. Take online advertising as an example; with every click, people may be faced with numerous adverts, wasting their time. On the other hand, advertisements play a crucial role in creating demand. The more advertising content is produced, the more people will be encouraged to purchase it. Social network platforms, for instance, have definitely motivated individuals to buy some products advertised on the internet. Moreover, it is undeniable that most adverts are carefully designed, enabling them to seem interesting. These well-created advertisements are able to manipulate shoppers and influence their shopping habits. Consequently, this content can absorb countless customers, making a profit for producers. To sum up, while opponents of the success of advertising view these advertisements as repetitive and intrusive, I wholeheartedly believe that they are extremely rewarding to creating demand and persuading people to purchase products.

Response: These days in different countries, customers have the opportunity to buy food products which were produced all over the world by going to supermarket. Although it has some disadvantages, I believe it is a positive trend because of expand in dietary choices and economic growth. First and foremost, Some consider that having access to international foods is a beneficial development because it can lead to broaden dietary choices and economic growth. That is to say, the more options of international food products a person has, the more choices that person has for his diet. Rather than being limited to local produce, they might explore new tastes from overseas. Moreover, sharing food with other countries can lead to an improvement in the economic conditions. In other words, exporting food products can supports farmers, and also creats different job positions including transport system and trade markets. Hence, it causes enhancment in the economy of a country. For example, since Iran started to export its vegtables to other countries, it could creat thousands of jobs for its citizens such as workers for transporting and employees for selling goods. Therefore it can improve its economy. On the other hand, accessibility to international foods has some demerits including environmental impacts and damage to local businesses. To begin with, Transporting food from distant locations contributes to increased pollution, exacerbating climate change and environmental degradation. Additionally, when people have access to world wide foods, they reluctantly buy locally-produced foods. According to recent studies, the percentage of consumers of local foods dropped by 30% in 2024. On balance. although wide spread of international foods can lead to climate changes and damage to local businesses, is a positive development. This is because of economic growth and more dietary options.

The Rise of Alternative Medicine

Response: It is argued that many people who suffer from health problems prefer to try alternative medicines and treatments instead of visiting their doctor. In my view, this is a negative development since it brings several potential problems and most of alternative medicines are not as effective as visiting doctor. Trying alternative medicines and treatments instead of visiting their doctor might bring several detrimental effects. This means that, naive people might not fully aware about the concequences of self-medication. It is because that they might not profound knowledge about the devastating effects of medications. By way of example, during covid-19, many Iranian people tried to use several medical treatments , such as herbal medications, instead of shoting the vaccine, resulting in people facing several side-effects, such as brain diseases. Therefore, By replacing visiting doctor with trying alternative medicines, people might encounter several health issues. Moreover, using alternative medicines might not bring long-term health. It is possible that many people find them very effective since they may see their positive results quickly. However, the positive results might last for a short-term period and after a while, they might struggle with health problems. For example, many people believe that mint can be useful for stomach ache, however mint is not considered as a main medication for stomach ache since its positive effects can maintain for a short-time period. As a result, people might not cure themselves by trying alternative medicines. In conclusion, I do not support the idea since replacing visiting doctor with alternative medicines and treatments not only increases the risk of facing side-effects, but also alternative medicines might not cure poeple for a long period.

Response: There is a growing trend that residents are doing research into the history of their houses. In my opinion, this is due to a natural curiosity and practical concerns and the research can be done through official channels. The first reason for this is that individuals are able to link with the history by studying the past of their homes. This is analogous to researching one’s family genealogy: some descendants would like to research their ancestors to establish a connection with the past, which has some special sentimental values and can satisfy their innate curiosity. Another factor may be more pragmatic, related to historic construction methods. Older buildings may be constructed with unsafe techniques or materials that will degrade, creating the risk of structural damage and in the worst case, collapse. By learning about the house and the period when it was built, residents can take the necessary steps to ensure the house is structurally sound. The method for carrying out such research involves referring to local records. It is possible to go to the local library to search for information or collect relevant stories in the community. However, this type of information or stories may be unreliable, so choosing to contact the local authorities may be a better way. In most countries, the residents can submit a request to municipal offices, asking for the past history of the houses or buildings they live in and then wait to receive the required documents. In this way, residents can be assured of the most trustworthy information for them to understand the history of their home. In conclusion, many gather information concerning the history of their home to understand the past and guarantee their own safety. Relevant information can be accessed with the assistance of the local government.

Response: It is argued that people will tend to do their readings from online sources to avoid spending money on books or newspaper. This essay totally disagrees with this statement. online libraries are not going to be completely free, as they aren't now, also reading from a paper base source brings far more joy to population who are interested in literature. Although it is assumed by many that an E-book must be entirely without payment, it is not possible. Clearly, running a website or application as an online library has significant costs for developers and they have to be able cover expenditures for variety of items such as providing a good server and the support service. Also, publishers need to pay authors or their journalists therefore people who work in those careers can keep writing. As an example, we can see current online books have fees in online stores and they are providing customer service and updated publishes. Additionally, paper books give readers a sense of satisfaction and book-lovers enjoy turning pages while reading. In fact, people are much more involved in online world and their gadgets than they want to be and some individuals seek comfort from reading a book in their hand in an completely disconnected environment. Moreover, turning pages is always followed by a sense of accomplishment and it is enjoyable to put a finished novel back into the bookshelf. For instance, my mother kept all of my childhood stories that she had read to me, likewise myself, I hold on any book that I have enjoyed from the beginning. in conclusion, it can't be assumed that readers will use web-based materials to reduce additional costs due to hidden expenses that online publishers have to afford to continue servicing. Also, the fact that only a physical book can make humans feel fulfilled shouldn't neglected.
