Response: In recent decades, risk has sparked controversial debates across the globe. It is true that taking risks has become significant through individuals' careers and lifestyles. In my opinion, the benefits of this situation outweigh the drawbacks. There are various reasons why taking risks has enormous positive outcomes for citizens. In the first place, taking risks is an inherent part of personal and professional growth. Stepping outside the comfort zone, individuals can reach more goals. Thinking outside the box, for example, can foster human creativity, resilience and also the development of new skills. Learning languages or starting a new business can be known as taking risks which contributes to personal development. Moreover, if employers take risks, the chance of their success will be higher. In a competitive world, only businesses can take more risks will survive. By doing so, they open up more opportunities to capture more market share. However, taking risks is associated with drawbacks as well. First, there may be possibility of potential failure when taking risks. It seems logical that taking risks puts individuals in a dangerous position sometimes. Involving people in these occasions can bring about some unexpected results, such as financial loss for those who take uncalculated risks. Next, safety concerns can result from taking risks too. Getting injured in extreme sports can put people's health in an irreversible condition. For instance, a bungee jumper may get injured because of the large number of risks he or she accepted. In conclusion, while taking risks may have several disadvantages , its

Driverless Vehicles: Advantages and Disadvantages

Response: Many people believe that in the future people will use the different types of vehicles as passengers and they do not need to drive cars. While there are some disadvantages associated with using driverless cars, I believe the main benefits are more substantial. On the one hand, a potential disadvantage may be an increase in the rate of accidents. Research findings confirm that the Tesla cars experience many crashes every week. It is the signal disruption that causes these incidents. According to Elon Mask's statement, there are many roads and highways in the USA which do not have access to proper GPS signal, thus, cars are more likely to have an accident. Another negative is that many individuals lose their jobs. Nowadays, a majority of people work as drivers and automatic cars are a severe threat to them, because people do not need drivers for commuting. For example, there is a prototype of a Tesla taxi that does not need driver and it has a negative effect on drivers' careers. On the other hand, a primary advantage is that not only do driverless cars have a positive effect on traffic jams, but they also can boost the quality of life. Since cars without drivers are more likely to comply with transport regulations, traffic issues see a dramatic decline. Also, having saved a lot of time with fewer traffic congestions, people can spend more time on other work, with their famalies for instance. A further benefit is a drop in the number of driving disputes. Recent research shows that in Iran, 150 persons dye on a yearly basis due to driving conflicts. If people become only passengers, they do not face problems with other drivers , as a result, the number of murders duo to driving conflict will see decline. To conclude, it is true that driverless vehicles would seem disadvantageous under certain circumstances, however, I believe the positive effects in terms of reducing the crime rate and improving life quality override the disadvantages.

The Emphasis on Novelty in Advertising

Response: In the moden world, businesses in their advertising are trying to illustrate that their products are new in some way. I believe that this happens for a range of reasons, but achieving to a high sale can be a significant reason for this. This actually has its own positive and negative consequences taht I would argue below. One of the best wasys to achieve a high sale for companies and manufacturer is advertisements. In terms of psychology, showing a product is new and modern is very important to the owners of products, for a vast majority of people prefer to purchase staffs that are new and modern and this trend can be so appealing and fascinating to them; therefore, many companies by cooperating to designers, create advertisements that are new and attractive to consumers. When a camera, for example, be interduced by a company like Canon, many people like to purchase it, for its new features that have provided it; therefore, emphasising on new features becomes efficient. However, insisting on new features can be a positive trend, but the drwbacks outweigh the advantages of this trend. Firstly, if the advertisments are realy reliable and interduce new products, this can be a positive trend for companies, because they can obtain individuals' trustness; therefore, they can achieve a high sale. Secondly, a negative trend that can be easily dominant if the advertisments don't tell the truth to people. most people are highly motivated to follow the products of companies that have a good record in their advertisments; therefore, if purchesers find that the emphasising of companies about new products was lye, they avoid buying the companies products. In conclusion, I think the products should be emphasised that have realy new features, not only for achieving to a high sale. It would be pleasant if factories and companies did their best to advertise the things are realy new and modern.

Response: These days, businesses are more likely to show that their products are new through their advertising. This is because they want to grab their customers’ attention. I think that this is a negative dvelopment. One reason that companies try to use advertising to show that their products are new is that it will be soared their sales and make a profit. In contemporary society, becasue of the technology, such as online platforms, most of people are being exposed to the latest trends. The modern fashions are more likely to introduce as a new products, tempting customers to buy new items, making a fierce competition among companies that if they emphasize that their goods are new, they will attract more customers, which can lead to improvements in turnover rate of their goods. However, I believe that this marketing strategy can bring detrimental effects on environmenmt while it can offer benefits to manufacturers. If businesses continue to prioritize the notion of new in their advertising, they may manipulate people to rely more on new products, making them turn to a complusive buyers becasue they will be tempted to replace old products with new ones, resulting in consumerism that is a signifacant cotributing factor in exacerbating environmnetal problems. Take a company producing furniture, for example; if their advertising compelled their customers to change their furniture quickly. So they will need more materials for production, leading to deforestation and exacerbating climate change. In conclusion, while businesses can raise their sales and ehance their economic preformance by showcasing their products as a new in some way, I firmly believe that it can adversely affect our environment because of its potential to increase consumerism, which is an important factor in exacerbating climate change by using more energy sources.

Response: In today's competitive market, many businesses focus on promoting their products as new or innovative. There are several reasons for this trend, and in this essay I will discuss them. In my opinion, this development is both positive and negative depending on how it is used. One reason why companies emphasize newness is to attract customers. Consumers are often attracted to products that are described as new because they assume that these products are better or more advanced than older versions. For example, tech companies like Apple release new smartphone models every year, even if the improvements over previous models are very small. This strategy makes the products seem modern and better, which can boost sales. Additionally, in saturated market, businesses needed to make difference in their products from competitors by highlighting unique features or upgrades. This help them significantly to attract more consumers for thier products. This trend has both benefits and drawbacks. On the positive side, the emphasis on newness lead to competition and innovation. Companies try to do better than each other by developing better products, which eventually benefits consumers. However, there are drawbacks to this trend. By constantly seeking newness, companies risk encouraging unnecessary product upgrades and waste. Many people end up buying things they do not really need, leading to waste and environmental damage. For instance, electronic waste have become a major global issue because people throw away old devices too quickly. Moreover, focusing solely on newness might distract businesses from addressing other important aspects such as quality or sustainability. In conclusion, the tendency of businesses to highlight newness in advertising is due to saturated market and technological growth. While it promotes innovation and competitiveness, it also contributes to overconsumption and waste. Therefore, I believe this trend has both positive and negative aspects and should be managed carefully.

Response: It is argued among many people in some countries and nations that understanding about the history of building they live in is going to be their favourit. being interseted in this subject can be arisen for a rage of reasons that I would argue below. On the one hand, many individuals may be interested in knowing about their houses or buildings for some reasons. Firstly, they may be informed from a way that, probably in the house or building they are living in, treasure can be found undergroud. This can be very probable in historic countries. In Iran, for example, if people be heard that treasure can be found in their houses, they probably start to dig the ground to be reach. Secondly, in terms of culture, many people aren't interested in living in a home that doesn't have a clear history. Religious families, for instance, are interested in living where has a clear history and past. On the other hand, people can be informed about the history of their houses by quering some resources. Individuals who are living in a neighbour for many years are strong, and reliable resources for searching; therefore, people who are interested in finding out about the history of their houses can visit these people and ask them about their houses or buildings. Furthermore, local councils and authorities have much information about all the houses and buildings in a neighbour; therefore, people can request them to answer their questions. Moreover, in some countries like Iran, every neighbour usually has a mosque that may have data about the homes and buildings located in particular neighour, so this may be a good way for people to explore the history of their buildings. In conclusion, many people in many nations may be interested in understaning about the history of their houses for many reasons like achieving to treasure, and they can be informed by the ways argued above. I think It would be pleasant if we knew about the history of our homes.

Response: In today's challenging world, many discuss that accepting the current situation, whether it is satisfaying or not, is the best option because it prevents individuals from negative feelings such as jealousy and shame. However, other argue that striving to improve our condition is key to success. I agree with the latter one because this approach fosters our progress and knowledge so we can enhance our job position or level of income. On the one hand, adopting with the situation leads to promote good feelings such as happiness and fortune, and prevent us from negative points. Hence, by implementing such wisdoms on life, people can enjoy the moment and be grateful of their achievements. Furthermore, there would be always a better situation for people irrespective of their job conditions or salary. Therefore, If people want to envy what others have, they will never be satisfied. For instance, a worker dream is to becoming a specialist, and a specialist dream is to becoming a manager. On the other hand, trying to achieve will enncourage people to learn new skills and knowledge. Consequently, the more people work harder and learn effectively, the more fortune would be resulted for them. Nobody have become a manager or millionaire in one night but they have kept their consistency and hard work throughout a long period to acheive. For instance, a perofesor at university have studied at least more than twenty years, maintaining and improving his knowledge. In conclusion, while many believe that poeple should embrace their problem and do not complain because of the negative feelings it brings, I contend that persuing happiness is linked to trying harder and more consistency and there is not any way to feel satisfied.

Response: Nowadays, In many parts of the world, a variety of international food companies introduce unlimited choices of food to consumers. In my opinion, availibility to different food would have a couple of potential advanteges for both consumers and the economy of the countries. Importing food from other nations could have economic prosperity as it enhance the trade industry. It is to say, food obtained one of the largest sector in the trade industry and enterprenuers are entusiastically investing in this sector. This investment, could flourish the economic of the country as it can raise the income, investing by tradesmen, and the governments could exploit this opportunity by coaperating with these companies to enhance the economic. For instance, wallmart, is one of the biggest chain markets in the worls, offers a variety of food which attracts more costumers, eventually raise huge profits for fonders. Furthermore, introducing a wide range of products provide an unlimited choices for purchasers. Having different kind of foods gives the opportunity to try new things from different countries, and also it could help to introduce the culture of a nation to other parts of the world. People could familiarize with different cuisines and dishes prepared in factories from other parts of the world, having new experiences and familiar with traditional food of other cultures. For example , sushi, originated in Japan, once was so unfamiliar for other people in the world, now have been introduced by different companies to another regions ,consequently it have made the Japan and its culture become more familiar for other people. In conclusion, the popularity of international food and the expansion of this industry is inevitable worldwide, and as more and more people have become interested to try new dishes, it ultimately result in several benefit for countris.

Advantages and Disadvantages of an Aging Population

Response: in the current climate, life expectations in many nations have increased significantly, leading communities to have more elder people. This trend does have numerous benefits and drawbacks. I wholeheartedly believe that the advantages pale in comparison to disadvantages. The elderly may bring about several beneficial points. Firstly, they can be perfect guides for the younger generation of a society. As obvious as it may seem, the old have more experience concerning various aspects of life, as many events have happened to them. In other words, old people can convey their experiences to the young that may not be acquainted with different issues. As a result, the youth are able to benefit from seniors. An aging population, on the other hand, might cause numerous challenges for governments. The elderly are often retired, so they are not among workforce. What can be inferred from this statement is that these individuals are less likely to contribute to the economic prosperity. Conversely, those who are not among the circle of active workers can have adverse effects on the economy of a country. Not only are not seniors productive, since they are out of work, they are paid monthly pensions. Furthermore, old people are often physically weaker, so they may be in need of healthcare services more than other age groups. This issue can have detrimental implications on the economy, as well. To explain more, Instead of building schools and higher institutes of education, for example, to enhance the literacy rate, the government should construct hospitals and medical centers to cope with health problems of the old. In conclusion, in spite of the fact that an aging population can bring about several positive outcomes for territories, I contend that the elderly might create more problems. First of all, they are usually unemplyed. Additionally, they need heathcare services. Both of these factors inevitably lead to the weaker economic status.

Response: Nowadays, advertisements have played an indispensable role in the marketing and advertising industry has become an important field. Although some feel that adverts are no longer at the center of customers' attention, I completely agree with those who believe that advertising is extremely beneficial to convincing consumers. On the one hand, it could be argued that some advertisements are too repetitive and boring. This similar content is always exaggerating the benefits of particular goods and consumers may no longer trust them. As a result, these adverts do not influence customers' decisions. Additionally, it is said that some advertisements can be intrusive, especially while people are watching a movie or reading an article. Take online advertising as an example; with every click, people may be faced with numerous adverts, wasting their time. On the other hand, advertisements play a crucial role in creating demand. The more advertising content is produced, the more people will be encouraged to purchase it. Social network platforms, for instance, have definitely motivated individuals to buy some products advertised on the internet. Moreover, it is undeniable that most adverts are carefully designed, enabling them to seem interesting. These well-created advertisements are able to manipulate shoppers and influence their shopping habits. Consequently, this content can absorb countless customers, making a profit for producers. To sum up, while opponents of the success of advertising view these advertisements as repetitive and intrusive, I wholeheartedly believe that they are extremely rewarding to creating demand and persuading people to purchase products.
