Response: Some people think that processed food and drink products include a considerable amount of sugar, which has detrimental impacts on our health condition, and in order to tackle this problem these products should be sold in higher prices. While I agree that making them costly can be benefitial to a certain extend, I believe raising awareness and accessing organic food are be better solutions. On the one hand, governments can impose heavy taxes on manufacturers, which produce food and beverages containing significant sugar proportion. Therefore, companies reflect this high taxes on their products and will sell them more expensively, so people only would by these foods only on special occasions and events. People gradually consume these products less because they do not wish to waste a lot of mony on sugary products and this contributes to improving public health. On the other hand, educaing people would have more sustainable benefits on our health. Theaching children initially from school will lead them to a better understanding of the food they use, and raising the awaraness of their parents through campaigns would be beneficial for the whole family. The reason is that children will learn from their parents and preserve this healthy lifestyle when they become adults. Furthermore, increasing the accessibility to healthy organic food can be an advantagous way for enhancing public diet and lifestyle. The more people consume highly nutrisious food, the more healthy they become. By assisting farmers and their products, selling them at a lower price, and making them easier to access for general people, the false habit of eating sugary foods will disappear eventually, and people adopt a healthy lifestyle. In this way, the roots of the problem will be indicated. In conclusion, making sugary foods and drinks expensive will be effective only to some extend. However, there are more practical ways for improving public health, such as education and organic food.

Response: It has been argued that, increasing the price of the sugary products could result less consumption in order to improve the health rate of society as many manufactured products have sugar which threat individuals’ health. I would stand against this statement and this essay I will outline my perspective. To begin with, almost every existing product contain sugar and not all of them will put people’s lives in danger. Instead of raising sugary product’s prices, the government and the health sectors which are in charged must force food and drinking companies to decrease their artificial sugar usage and consider people’s health as their first priority. For instance, the government could support manufactures financially to produce the healthier products. On the other hand, if the society’s awareness about the damages caused by artificial sugar on body increase, the demand for sugary products will decrease. Hence, the less of demand for unhealthy food and drink will affect the market directly and force manufactures to produce low sugar or zero sugar products. Additionally, healthy life style is todays’ trend and people are more concern about their diets. For example, those who do professional sport exercise such as cycling, running, hiking, or those who go to gym regularly, are very strict about their daily calories and try to stay fit and avoid sugar as much as possible. In conclusion, making sugary products more expensive would not result lower consumption necessarily. There are many beneficial solutions for reducing consumers’ desire for eating or drinking manufactured sugary products.

Response: The debate surrounding the consuming high levels sugar products has been a topic of interest across all over the world. One of the common health problems among people is diabetes due to changing that occured in their lifestyles. It has made stakeholders try to find new ways to reduse sugar daily intake. For instance, some people believe that groeing the cost of these products can be useful and I am agree with this to some extent. We are seen some significant changes in our lifestyles like sitting for a long time and do not have enough mobility cause some health issues. Moreover, as we have fast-paced lives, we do not have enough time to prepare our meals and it causes eating more prepared foods and snacks along with unhealthy drinks. The majority of these snacks are reached in sugar, also people are addicted to softdrinks which cintain anotable amount of sugar. Some people suggest that making that products more expensive can reduce the amount of their customers. It is an useful solution since make people to think about their choice more and compare different products. When they see thiese products are as expensive as some healthy one, they choose some healthier foods like salads or high protein meals despite of sweets. Also, the producer of high level sugar products should not be unsatisfied since they can make their profit by their new cost and also they can produce healtheir product instead. To conclude, as people are as productive as they were in the past, it is important to pay attention to their meals more than past. Furthermore, some stakeholders like food factories should try to use innovative people to produce healthier products to replace them vy old products.

Response: Some people believe that plenty of eatable and drinkable substances that are high in sugar should be increased in price which leads to reduction of their health risks. I personally agree with this viewpoint. It is widely accepted that highly expensive sugary products might decrease the number of their users. This is because a common-sense approach normally would rather spend huge amounts of money on curbing their problems such as healthy issues rather than providing unhealthy situations for themselves. To clarify, pricy sugary food as well as beverages could be taken into account wisely as a preventative measure that is going to dash consumers’ hopes to conscientiously buy health problems. In addition to this, not only will this attitude benefit the economic situation of customers, but protect them from a large number of preventable diseases such as overweight and type 2 diabetes. However, other various fundamental methods, apart from that mentioned above, could have sugar-rich substances on publicity’s mind so harmful. Firstly, individuals must be alarmed about the disadvantages of sugary products, obesity, tooth decay, heart attack, stork, and diabetes for instance, via schools, media, and public conferences of the healthcare system , as well. Secondly, consumers must be repeatedly pointed out to check the ingredients on food and drink labels and make sure that they reduce their intake of those that are high in sugar. Thirdly, manufactures should be supervised to lower the percentage of synthetic sugar and alternate with natural sugar. In conclusion, in my opinion there are many practical plans that cause lowering the use of sugary food and drink and ultimately the risk of unhealthiness of humans. Needless to say, enhancement in the cost of sugary products is considered as a superficial solution.

Response: Nowadays, due to consumption of excessive amounts of sugar which are found in packaged food and drink products, a significant proportion of people suffer from health disorders. It is said that if sugary products cost increases, it motivates individuals to cut down on sugar consumption. While this notion can be sometimes beneficial, I completely disagree with that. To begin with, experts argue that the only group who benefits from increasing the price is brands and manufacturers because they usually produce a low-quality product which not contain high levels of nutrients. The only thing that they focus on is enhancing the packaging and taste to finally increase their sells and profits. Unfortunately customers who are addicted to sugary food strive to spend a significant part of their salary to purchase them at all cost without considering how much money they are wasting. Second, raising the price can have detrimental effects on economy. Since many of these products are made overseas, governments have to spend a large number of their annual budgets to import these kinds of goods or the primary ingredients which are used to manufacture these products. It not only cause a great deal of budget are wasted on unnecessary items, but also it will cause many health disorders such as obesity and diabetes. In conclusion, increasing the price cannot be a deterrent against the consumption of sugary food due to encouraging companies and brands to produce a rubbish which only attract addicted consumers. Moreover, with increasing the price, governments will lose a huge amount of money to import unnecessary materials which are hazardous for the well-being of society.

Response: As everyone knows, sugary products have numerous fans throughout the world, and they are becoming more and more popular nowadays. A high amount of sugar exists in our daily diets due to consuming foods that are prepared by food companies. Many experts warn about the serious consequences of consuming these products. Doctors say they can cause health problems such as blood pressure issues and being overweight. So it would be better if we reduced sugar consumption in our lives. To begin with, some approaches can be taken to reduce sugar consumption. However, some people believe that sugary product prices should be increased to reduce their consumption. It is a possible way to control sugar consumption. But, in my opinion, increasing the prices of food products has two main drawbacks. First, buying them will not be as convenient as in the past, and apart from that, it can cause economic issues for local communities. So, I reckon that there are other practical approaches that can be taken to solve this problem. For example, if governments make special rules on food production, then it would be possible to reduce the amount of sugar in foods. On the other hand, if authorities monitor the food manufacturers, then there will be no need to increase the prices to reduce sugar consumption. For instance, in many European countries, some special rules exist to control this problem. In conclusion, there are some ways to overcome this problem. Though many people believe that by increasing the price of the products we can control the consumption, I disagree with this approach. There are other measures that can be taken to address this problem, like making new rules or monitoring companies by local governments.

Response: It is argued that applying an increase in the price of sugary snacks may contribute to the lower consumption of sugar, due to the fact that the high amount of sugar in produced drinkable and eatable products is associated with many health-related problem. I agree with this statement and some preventive measures should be taken to decrease the usage of sugary products, while encouraging people to enjoy more wholesome meals. First and foremost, when people do not pay attention to their intakes adequately, it would be the government responsibility to take some effective actions in order to reduce health problems for its citizens. One of those measurements can be allocating tax burdens on some specific products, especially sugary ones or make them more expensive due to the fact that they are a serious harm for physical well-being. These actions benefit not only humans but also the overall health of society. For example, if people be obese, they are more likely to stay at home passively and lack of activity can bring about fewer workforce and lead to inadequate financial productivity. Making the products with sugary flavors, albeit useful, is not enough. Some incentive programs can be done to rise people awareness of the adverse impact of unhealthy food on mental and physical health. For instance, providing some deteriorating advertisements due to encourage people to consume less sugary products. Moreover, introducing some shining examples of problems which are the result of consuming these products such as obesity and diabetes, may change the people's shopping habits. Another efficient action would be providing fresh fruits and vegetables in every walk of the city. In conclusion, government play an important role in shaping the people's daily consumption. In addition, some measures should be undertaken in order to reduce the consumption of unhealthy snacks.

Response: It is often argued that the price of some unhealthy products must increase due to they cause diseases especially those which is made of lots of sugar. I partially agree with this view and obviously they are harmful for human’s health, however the price is not the only problem and people would purchase them even if is not cheap. On the one hand, it is clear that increasing price of junk foods encourage individuals to buy less and it is not affordable for everyone. In this case the consumption of sugar will decrease among the society and people would not experience some chronic disease such as high blood pressure. So, the healthier individuals are, the lower the patient load of hospitals will be. Moreover, the healthcare staff would have more time to treat other patients who have serious diseases. In addition, if the products were costly, less advertising companies will invest due to it is not affordable for majority of people and low profit they will make. Therefore, the manufacturers may produce some type of food and drinks that are healthier and contain less sugar. On the other hand, not also being expensive might not result in lower purchase, but also individuals may think they are worthy to taste due to its high quality ingredients. For instance, if a sugary drink was not cheap, customers will believe it contains something special and makes it a luxury item in the market, which is worth to pay. Another result is the negative competition among the producers of the food industry when a fake rise for an unhealthy product price happens. This will often lead to increased healthy products to make a higher profit and devastate the market totally. To conclude, costly junk foods may encourage some people to pay for the notorious ones but there is no guarantee the advantages outweigh the disadvantages.
