Response: Many of the opinion that individuals who work as a professional doctors or engineers, should be limited to work in their society, while others, inclouding me, contend that they have right to work in other country where they are intrested. In this essay, I will discuss both view. To begin with, some people believe that state budgets were spent on education system to provide qualified stuff for country. In fact, students are funded by government to study without concern about financial problems because talented ones have the opportunity to persue a professional careers which usually have the highest income in the society. Additionally, If the vast majority of them immigrate to another country due to earn more money, their contry will face lack of stuff. It can bring many problems for society. For example, pations are not able to find a doctor who can care their disorders and they have to spend too much money to travel abrode. on the other hand, professionals believe that it is unfair to force them to work in their country where did their training. They struggle to achive their degree. Thus, they deserve the better situation for living than their government provide for them. For instance, in Iran, many of individuals who had qualified degree in engineering wanted to emmigrate to other countries to have better lifstyle becaus they just live on their salary in Iran. To conclude, although national fund are spent on student to be professionals, they should not limited to work in their own society. Their government should allocate situation to encourage them to stay in their country.

Response: In many cultures having your own house means your wealth, stability, and maturity. I agree with renting house up to a point, having a house for your own provides more convenient. In this essay I will recount some advantages and disadvantages of being a landlord. On the one hand, it is now widely accepted that owning a home can create more comforts for individuals due to some reasons. For instance, firstly, if you have your own home, you can renovate and decorate your place as you want. Secondly, there is no body to ask you to move and change your location. After that, if house prices are rising, buying a house is a great way to invest your money. Finally, I believe that, your properties are a reflection of your lifestyle. Within buying a house you can apply your own lifestyle on the home. On the other hand, renting has its own benefits. For instance, it is more economical in the short time. Also, the other merit is that people are not affected by changing house prices. Moreover, a major advantage of living in temporarily is that people can relocate more easily in case of changing their job. Furthermore, when somebody is a tenant, she or he is not responsible for repairs and maintenance. In conclusion, in many cultures buying a house means your ability to maintain welfare and convenience. In my view, both of them have their benefits. Owning a home can be an investment. However, it can limit your freedom to change your place in case of job switching.

Response: It has been contended that online reading will certainly be the futuristic dominant, and all physical books and newspapers will be obsolete. While i acknowledge the significant role of internet in modern society, i am of the opinion that technologies will never be able to replicate the experience of reading physical contents thoroughly. Internet has already offered an open access to numerous contents, a practice that is persumed to continue. It gives individuals a global access to a myriad of articles and contents from all corners of the earth, which are almost costless. with a single click individuals can get information about social, economic, hystorical and even medicinal material, and the high number of visitors of site such as Wikipedia, Guardian and Medscape is a testament to this phenomenon. Consequently , the convenience of having access to a whole library whithin the palm of your hand coupled with low prices and even cost-free contents have promised an ever-increasing popularity of online reading among readers. While online reading offer several benefits, it falls short of replicating all aspects of printed material. Firstly, researches have shown that online and screen reading have fragmented our attention span. As soon as one goes online, they are bombarded with numerous unsolicited glamorous materials, and become so immeresed in the allure of the endlees choices that get off track. Therefore, a technology that once was established to serve humanity is now becoming an enemy to their productivity and efficacy. To adress this issues, a multitude of campaigns and seminars have been hold to encourage people to get beck to the old habit of reading printed materials. Moreover, holding a physical book in one's hand and enjoying the smell of fresh papers is what online articles cannot match. In conclusion, although online reading offer several benefits and may become a dominant in future, they will never be able to take the whole stage.

Response: Nowadays, parents tell their children that hard work is the only requiryed factor for achieving goals in life. However, there are certain pros and cons associated wit this. The first merit would be the self-esteem fortification in children and encouragement they receive. Encouraging children makes them believe in their abilities, so they can rely on themselves with more confidence confronting with difficulties. Take a ten-year-old child for instance, who has been disappointed since he kept achieving low grades for his math class. His parents talk him into hard work, and it makes him more motivated and perseverance in this path. Thus, he is likely to develop and get better each day thanks to the motivation he got. As for the demerits, they will experience a great amount of anxiety in order to reach their purpose. Children start comparing themselves with their peers wich increases the level of stress. Moreover, if they do not succeed in this way, they consider that their effort was not enough, and their are not good enough to reach that certain aim. A 16-year-old teenager participates in a swimming competition; he realized that winning requires a large deal of hard work and exercise, so he gives his blood, sweats and tears for that. Despite all of that, he loses the game, and he feels worse since he had been continuesly told that he will succeed if he tries hard. Additionally, this condition can lead to perfectionism among them by elevating their expectations. They keep attempting, and will get new achievements every day. However, this would not be enough for them, and they cannot get enough of that and will not be satisfied. Hence, they will not stop and continue their hard work. To sum up, similar to every situation in life, encouraging children uninterruptedly to try hard has pluspoints such as rose self-esteem; and has drawbacks including a high amount of stress that is caused for them.

The Impact of Sugar Tax on Consumption

Response: It is widely accepted that a high quantity of food and drink have a high levels of sugar, that causes a lot of illnesses and health issues. A group of people claim that sugary products should be sale by higher price, and as a result people will eat less sugar and sweet products. I disagree with this opinion, and I will explain my reasons. On the one hand, I think companies ought to produce sweetie snacks and drink by less amount of sugar. Besides, Companies can add natural sugar to products like stevia sugar, which is sweet as much as normal sugar, and it is not unhealthy. Not only sugar is not harmful for our body, but also it is an essential nutrient for our brain and helps us think better. People, especially children and athletes have to eat sweetie drink and food, and it is not fair to increase the price of those products. In addition, from my perspective, expensive sweet product is not a good way to convince people to eat less sugar. In my opinion, this action will turn people more greedy, and they will have more desire to eat more sugar. in addition, they will store sugar and sweet products. As a result, there will be a chaos in the market. Due to the sedentary lifestyle, it is crucial for individuals to be more active and eat healthy food. I believe that concept should be taught to the members of society. In conclusion, increasing the price of that kind of products will not be a permanent solution. I believe it will not create any drastic changes. Although, this action will reduce the usage of sugar in a short while, after a time people will eat more sugar and sweet drink compare to the past. Individuals should be aware of the disadvantages of sugar, and try to eat more healthy and have a better lifestyle.

Response: Some individuals believe that in recent years, a significant decrease in the number of rare animal and plant species has become the major issue for the environment, while others argue that numerous environmental challenges exist and require adequate attention. I personally think that the latter opinion is more cogent. On the one hand, some people claim that the most crucial environmental challenge is the loss of particular species, both flora and fauna. They believe that this problem can have a devastating impact on the food chain because some of these special plants and animals are the main food for other important species. Therefore, the extinction of them can disrupt the balance of ecosystem and reduce biodiversity, which seems such an irreversible damage, making it an urgent issue. On the other hand, I personally agree with those who argue that other vital issues, including pollution and deforestation, can play a major role not only in human life, but also in the environment. Air, soil, and water pollution, which are pervasive problems, are immediate threats to health of human and the environment. For instance, long exposure to air pollution can cause various diseases, ranging from asthma to lung cancer. Additionally, plastic waste in the ocean can put the marine life at risk because they are mostly non-biodegradable and can remain in the nature for years. Another noticeable issue is deforestation that often results from overdevelopment of land. This problem can have a detrimental influence on soil condition and leads to soil erosion. Consequently, soil erosion may increase the likelihood of climate change and severe floods and droughts. In conclusion, there are different views about environmental problems. Some individuals believe that the significant reduction in the number of rare species of animals and plants is the most crucial issue, while I think that there are a vast number of environmental challenges that contribute to devastating effects.

Response: While some people advocate for owning housings insteade of renting them due to their welfare's situation and psychological traits, others claim that spending so much money on accommodation only prevents you from enhancing your wealth. On one hand, possessing a residence has its own psychological benefits for individuals. It is also true that in every culture and country peoplemalways prioritize purchasing their homes above anything else. I believe that people do that in order to feel secure and safe in a chaos world. Besides, living in somewhere safe and tranquil can avoid you negative emotions like anxiety and depression caused by being undecisive and insecure. Although there are many countries that people are daily experiencing a steady rise of expenses, so they have no choice to purchase every item they can today instead of not buying them tomorrow. This phenomenon is often seen in developing countries in Asia and Africa. For example, In my country (e.g., Iran), our salaries do not rise with other prices, and housings cost twice more than they worthed last year; so in this situation, whoever that bought an accommodation last year is not able to buy one now. On the other hand, critics of this method believe that putting a noticeable part of your budget in accommodation can cease you from progressing for many years, as you could do a business with your money and make significant profits. Athough the value of the house will increase with other prices; however, you will not be able to use a part of that money on other expenditures. In conclusion, owinig your home, despite bringing the feelings of relief and satisfaction can also protect you from volital and unstable prices. However, in a stable society with reasonable prices, spending a substantial part of your budget on housing would not be the wisest decision to make.

Response: Music is often seen as a powerful tool to connect people with each other. In my opinion, it is one of the best tranquilizers that human beings have ever created. Although, there is some truth in the argument that music can bring people together, but it is not always effective for all cultures and age groups. On the one hand, it is widely accepted that music has numerous benefits for individuals. For instance, it is a common idea that music is a universal language that can communicate emotions across cultural barriers. Also, international events such as concerts and universal festivals that have international music, attract global audiences. Moreover, genres like rock and pop have been enjoyed by different generation over time. On the other hand, Music has its downside. Cultural preferences and generation differences are two of them. To explain, traditional music from one culture may be is unfamiliar or less appreciated by others. Furthermore, younger and old people may have very different tastes in music, which can create division more than unity. For example, although, some music genres like rock and rap are more enjoyable between youth, middle aged have less tendency to hear those. In conclusion, I agree with the idea that music can bring people together, but it also has limitations when it comes to cultural and generation differences. Music plays a vital role in connecting people, but it should be seen as one factor among many in fostering unity.

Response: It is argued that whether some professionals such as doctors or engineers should work and stay in the country which they were educated, or they should be free to choose the country they want to work and live in. This essay will discuss both views prior to declaring the writer's opinion. It is worth considering that if professionals like physicians and engineers work in their own country, they can have a huge amount of benefits for it. In fact, with working in their country, they compensate for the money which their government has paid to educate them. In addition, because they are in the highest levels of their countries education, they can develop sciences by teaching younger students in colleges and universities. For example, my friend who holds a Ph.D in civil engineering, teaches at Tehran university to educate the next generations of elite students in Iran. Thus, if doctors and engineers stay in their own countries, they can help in many ways. On the other hand, it is acceptable for doctors and engineers if they want to immigrate to another country to pursue their career in a new environment. One of the main reasons is that they can work in the country which they are guest and gain experience, and then share their achievements with their home country. Moreover, some professional stems of medical or engineering sciences need special equipment which may not be available in the host country. So, doctors and engineers can work with those equipment in the place when they immigrated to and gain expertise and then help their own country to build those equipment. For instance, many engineers from Iran, Immigrate to its neighbor countries in order to learn about their new discoveries in different sciences and to share these developments with the engineers of Iran. Therefore, the immigration of physicians and engineers has some indirect benefits for the host country. In conclusion, although in the first place, the immigration of professionals may seem to have some drawbacks, but in my opinion, its benefits like gaining expertise in their profession or how to work with different equipment in their career, may outweigh its drawbacks by far.

Response: It is crucial for individuals to make significant changes in their career and personal lives. It has its own advantages and disadvantages. In this essay, I will argue both sides, and I will explain my personal opinion. Overall, I agree with that people have to take risks in their lives, since risky decisions make them to be a better version of themselves. A group of members of the society claim that individuals ought to take risks in their life and try to come out of their comfort zone. They believe that nothing good will happen if people do not experience new situations. For instance, when a man decides to change his job, in the first step, he has to quit from his current office and take that risk that will be possible to do not find a decent job immediately, and he is going to live without money for a while. This decision has another side. He tries as hard as he can to broaden his knowledge and improve his skill. This makes a progress in his personality and career path of this man. On the other hand, sometimes taking risk has drawbacks. If you decide to do anything just base on your feeling, or people words, it would destroy your personal or professional life. For example, If someone suggests you to lose your wight in a short time with new drug, and you decide to do it without any research or asking expert's opinion, you do not get the best outcome. You may lose weight at the first, however you probably hurt to your body and you may put yourself at risky situation. In conclusion, I claim that it is significantly important to take new challenges and risks. Not only does it helps us to get have a better life, but it also makes us to learn new topics and manage difficult situations. In addition, it is important to make decision rationally. In this way, the advantages of taking risk outweigh the disadvantages definitely.
