The Importance of Home Ownership

Response: People have different views about owning or renting a house, I suppose that would be better to buy a house if someone has the ability to handle financial stuff. I think like this because I see that in my family, my fox and my uncle have the same amount of money, but we decide to buy a house while my uncle rents a house and with the rest of the money by a really expensive car, after years he lost his car and the money he rented the house was less valuable, but our money became much more because houses become expensive. Another reason for supporting my idea is my country's problems, Iran in recent decades has had a really bad economic situation, nobody can buy a house in recent years because prices are becoming more and more every second and also people having problems with providing their necessary nutrients as a result no one thinks about buying a house while the price for renting is also increasing with an astonishing rate. If anybody in my country rents a house this year, for the next year he or she will not be able to rent the same house with the same amount of money. So after all my personal experiences, I think people are right to decide to buy over rent because it has too many benefits, for example, it is like saving money for the future of your children while you can live in it until then and also you are reliving that if something happens you always have a banknote. beyond this, I reckon moving from one house to another or leaving the neighborhood when you are renting a house are tough things and also bring children to stress because they have to leave all their friends, but if you buy a house there is no need to do all of that hard stuff. In conclusion, in my honest opinion, some people choose to buy over rent because of benefits like saving money, don't be worried about raising prices for house renting, no need for moving, no pressure on children, and a sustainable life.

Response: In several countries across the globe, individuals prefer to own an accommodation, and buying a house takes priority over renting one. The origins of this phenomenon seem to stem from several reasons, while I personally believe that this situation can be negative and its disadvantages outweigh the advantages. In this essay, I will discuss the reasons and explain my point of view. On of the primary reasons that contribute to this trend arises from the human nature that is such that it typically intends to belong somewhere and make it its own. This means that the majority of people prioritize the ownership of an accommodation because the likelihood of losing it can reduce and it may allow them to live a more stable life. For instance, those who rent an apartment require to extend their contract or seek for another place after one year. Moreover, some people consider their own habitation as a reliable wealth; when they face financial challenges in their lives, they can sell it and utilize the money to resolve financial issues. Although in the vast number of countries, the preference of buying a house has been significantly increased in recent years, I believe that this trend has more drawback. Firstly, if the demands for buying a house increase, the price of housing can raise significantly; therefore, some individuals who lack money, may suffer from this situation. In addition, renting apartments or houses is the source of income for the owners of them, and a decrease in demands for renting an accommodation can lead them to financial challenges, making huge gaps in society. In conclusion, owning a house or an apartment plays a significant role in people's lives, in some countries. Several reasons contribute to it, though I consider it as a negative situation in society.

Response: While some people advocate for using music as an international language for communication between diversities, other assert that although music can imply certain feelings, it is still an abstract contest, so it can lead to misunderstangs and disagreements. Meanwhile, I believe by rising the number of emmigrants in different countries, music could be one of the possible options for people to communicate and socilize. On one hand, every culture enjoys its own traditional music style, therefore, as a certain song or lyric is precious and invalueable to its purposed group, it might not spur that much emotions in folks other cultures. Although there are various songs that are pleasant to every age group or ethnic. In the past, people only knew the local or national musics of their region; however, this issue was resolved by the advent of internt and social media, which play crusial roles in advertising and popularizing the songs of other nationalities. For instance, nowadays, no matter where you live, you have onlin, virtual access to your favorit singers' concerts, street plays, or other festivals; and the most encouraging component here for individuals is that there are a multitude of people with different ages and nationalities that are enjoying musics or even lyrics of a particular language that they all know well. On the other hand, this trend is not always appealing in different situations. As you can see, Jaz music, which is highly popular in America, is not even known in many countries and playing this type of music not only does not spur any excitement in peopl but also bores or frustrates them. Another example would be spanish music, in some depressed and calm countries where people are not partial to dancing and cheerful songs, this type of music with rapid and exciting rythems that make you more active while dancing, might not be well-accepted. Moreover, every ethinc has its own taditional songs besides its special dancing that only their people know and perform. Inadditon, when you try to include foreigners in this phenomenon it migh end in misunderstandings due to not believing or respecting your culture enough. In conclusion, I firmly believe, as music is the dynamic spirit of every society, it can also be a bridge between all diversities to entract with eachother and acknowledge new information about other cultures and generations in order to have a more integrated and tranquil society.

Response: A group of people claim that educated persons like doctors and engineers have to work in the country that they studied and became an expert. While some people argue that they have to make it base on their desires, and they have this chance to work in every country that they want. This essay discusses both sides. I agree with the second group, and I believe that people have to work in the country that they want to work. In every country, government usually assign a huge budget for universities and colleges and provide great facilities for students. As a result, when a person studies in a country, this person is using public money for personal goals. In fact, the money that other people pay as taxes or other excuses, is spending for his/her purpose. As a result, a large group of people believe that it is fair to make people to work in their country and use their knowledge and specialty to make improvement over there. On the other hand, some members of society claim that it is a personal decision, and people ought to be free to make decision about their career and its place. For instance, young people decide to study abroad, however after their graduation some of them decide to come back to their own country, and serve to their people. In conclusion, I believe that it is more convenient to let individuals to make decision about the country that they wish to work. In this way, people have more passion to serve to the selected country. Not only does it make them happier, but also it is possible to use their experience in different countries. Due to the progress of technology, it is significantly easy to communicate with experts all around the world and use their abilities and knowledge.

Response: Nowadays with the rapid advancement of technology, the way that people access information has significantly changed. Many people now turn to the internet for news and this caused a widespread belief of deleting the newspaper and books in the future. Although I agree with this idea up to a point, I find it hard to accept books or newspapers will be disappear in the future. On the one hand, catching the news online have several benefits. Easy and free access to information, environmental benefits, and instant updates and convenience are some of them. More and more content is available online for free, from new articles to books. Many websites provide free versions of e-books and make it unnecessary to purchase physical copies. Moreover, as concerns about deforestation and environmental impact grow, many people are tending to shift to digital reading in order to reduce cutting trees down and carbon footprint. Also, online content can be updated instantly and news are more current in compare with printed version. On the other hand, reading printed version of news and books have its fan due to many reasons. Such as: preference of physical books, cultural and nostalgic value, and digital fatigue. Firstly, the feel of a paper book, its weight and smell are major part of the enjoyment of reading. Secondly, libraries and bookshops carry emotional and intellectual importance that digital versions can not replicate. Finally, spending long hours reading from screens can cause eye strain and discomfort. In conclusion, while digital reading will likely to continue to grow, it is unlikely that printed books will completely disappear soon. Many people still value the physical experience, and access to online news or books is not always free or convenient for everyone.

Response: The effectiveness of either competition or collaboration at school, and at work sparks a controversial debate among people. While some individuals believe that being competitive can encourage people to be innovative, others contend that cooperating can contribute to personal growth. This essay will investigate both perspectives before presenting my viewpoint. Proponents of competition assert that people in the competitive world can maximize their efforts to accomplish their goals. They believe that competitive environments can motivate people to try harder in order to stay ahead, and reach their goals. Similarly, competitive individuals make an effort to come up with new ideas and solutions to overcome challenges, leading to finding innovative ideas and logical answers for problems. For instance, at a workplace, employees who have an inclination to get promotion try to find rational answers for issues and present practical ideas. Individuals who advocate collaboration believe through team working people can acquire some significant skills. When people are working together, they interact with each other in various aspects of projects which can build their communication skills. Moreover, cooperation includes lots of work sharing and responsibility that requires tolerance and respect for other people's opinion, contributing to personal development which is crucial for their future life. For example, students through group activities not only do their school assignments but also learn some life lessons, so they can prepare for life. In conclusion, while some people advocate the benefits of a competitive environment, others believe a cooperative atmosphere can help people to burgeon their personality. In my point of view, people should cooperate with each other and learn different skills as long as they try to reach their goals.

Response: Many of the opinion that individuals who work as a professional doctors or engineers, should be limited to work in their society, while others, inclouding me, contend that they have right to work in other country where they are intrested. In this essay, I will discuss both view. To begin with, some people believe that state budgets were spent on education system to provide qualified stuff for country. In fact, students are funded by government to study without concern about financial problems because talented ones have the opportunity to persue a professional careers which usually have the highest income in the society. Additionally, If the vast majority of them immigrate to another country due to earn more money, their contry will face lack of stuff. It can bring many problems for society. For example, pations are not able to find a doctor who can care their disorders and they have to spend too much money to travel abrode. on the other hand, professionals believe that it is unfair to force them to work in their country where did their training. They struggle to achive their degree. Thus, they deserve the better situation for living than their government provide for them. For instance, in Iran, many of individuals who had qualified degree in engineering wanted to emmigrate to other countries to have better lifstyle becaus they just live on their salary in Iran. To conclude, although national fund are spent on student to be professionals, they should not limited to work in their own society. Their government should allocate situation to encourage them to stay in their country.

Response: In many cultures having your own house means your wealth, stability, and maturity. I agree with renting house up to a point, having a house for your own provides more convenient. In this essay I will recount some advantages and disadvantages of being a landlord. On the one hand, it is now widely accepted that owning a home can create more comforts for individuals due to some reasons. For instance, firstly, if you have your own home, you can renovate and decorate your place as you want. Secondly, there is no body to ask you to move and change your location. After that, if house prices are rising, buying a house is a great way to invest your money. Finally, I believe that, your properties are a reflection of your lifestyle. Within buying a house you can apply your own lifestyle on the home. On the other hand, renting has its own benefits. For instance, it is more economical in the short time. Also, the other merit is that people are not affected by changing house prices. Moreover, a major advantage of living in temporarily is that people can relocate more easily in case of changing their job. Furthermore, when somebody is a tenant, she or he is not responsible for repairs and maintenance. In conclusion, in many cultures buying a house means your ability to maintain welfare and convenience. In my view, both of them have their benefits. Owning a home can be an investment. However, it can limit your freedom to change your place in case of job switching.

Response: It has been contended that online reading will certainly be the futuristic dominant, and all physical books and newspapers will be obsolete. While i acknowledge the significant role of internet in modern society, i am of the opinion that technologies will never be able to replicate the experience of reading physical contents thoroughly. Internet has already offered an open access to numerous contents, a practice that is persumed to continue. It gives individuals a global access to a myriad of articles and contents from all corners of the earth, which are almost costless. with a single click individuals can get information about social, economic, hystorical and even medicinal material, and the high number of visitors of site such as Wikipedia, Guardian and Medscape is a testament to this phenomenon. Consequently , the convenience of having access to a whole library whithin the palm of your hand coupled with low prices and even cost-free contents have promised an ever-increasing popularity of online reading among readers. While online reading offer several benefits, it falls short of replicating all aspects of printed material. Firstly, researches have shown that online and screen reading have fragmented our attention span. As soon as one goes online, they are bombarded with numerous unsolicited glamorous materials, and become so immeresed in the allure of the endlees choices that get off track. Therefore, a technology that once was established to serve humanity is now becoming an enemy to their productivity and efficacy. To adress this issues, a multitude of campaigns and seminars have been hold to encourage people to get beck to the old habit of reading printed materials. Moreover, holding a physical book in one's hand and enjoying the smell of fresh papers is what online articles cannot match. In conclusion, although online reading offer several benefits and may become a dominant in future, they will never be able to take the whole stage.

The Impact of Encouraging Children to Achieve Their Dreams

Response: Nowadays, parents tell their children that hard work is the only requiryed factor for achieving goals in life. However, there are certain pros and cons associated wit this. The first merit would be the self-esteem fortification in children and encouragement they receive. Encouraging children makes them believe in their abilities, so they can rely on themselves with more confidence confronting with difficulties. Take a ten-year-old child for instance, who has been disappointed since he kept achieving low grades for his math class. His parents talk him into hard work, and it makes him more motivated and perseverance in this path. Thus, he is likely to develop and get better each day thanks to the motivation he got. As for the demerits, they will experience a great amount of anxiety in order to reach their purpose. Children start comparing themselves with their peers wich increases the level of stress. Moreover, if they do not succeed in this way, they consider that their effort was not enough, and their are not good enough to reach that certain aim. A 16-year-old teenager participates in a swimming competition; he realized that winning requires a large deal of hard work and exercise, so he gives his blood, sweats and tears for that. Despite all of that, he loses the game, and he feels worse since he had been continuesly told that he will succeed if he tries hard. Additionally, this condition can lead to perfectionism among them by elevating their expectations. They keep attempting, and will get new achievements every day. However, this would not be enough for them, and they cannot get enough of that and will not be satisfied. Hence, they will not stop and continue their hard work. To sum up, similar to every situation in life, encouraging children uninterruptedly to try hard has pluspoints such as rose self-esteem; and has drawbacks including a high amount of stress that is caused for them.
