Response: In some countries, it is crucial to purchase a home rather than rent it. This is because buying a home in some countries is a sign of success and is a long-term financial investment. I contend this is a positive situation due to some compelling reasons that I will mention in this essay. To begin with, there are several reasons why being a homeowner is important in some nations. First of all, it can be a long-term financial investment and provide potential profits for people. That is to say, if people live in their own house, they will not pay annual rent, leading to financial security for them, especially when the property value increases. For example, some people purchase a house, and if it becomes more valuable, they can sell it and make a profit, resulting in a sense of success and belonging. Secondly, homeowners can modify their living spaces; they can design rebuilt them, which is often restricted in rental properties. Moreover, I believe that trying to live as a homeowner can brings a positive circumstance. This is because, it will help people to try more in their livings. In other words, the more people try to buy a home, the more they attempt to work for earning money, making them improve their productivity and efficiency. For instance, if people prioritize purchasing a house, they will definitely attempt to save more money and tighten their belt, leading to raising their resilience, and capability. In conclusion, in some countries, it is very essential for people to be a homeowner rather than renting one. Owning to having the potential benefits for residents. In addition, I firmly believe that this is a useful condition because it will make citizens have more endeavour which provide them with a sense of satisfaction.

Response: As everyone knows, sugary products have numerous fans throughout the world, and they are becoming more and more popular nowadays. A high amount of sugar exists in our daily diets due to consuming foods that are prepared by food companies. Many experts warn about the serious consequences of consuming these products. Doctors say they can cause health problems such as blood pressure issues and being overweight. So it would be better if we reduced sugar consumption in our lives. To begin with, some approaches can be taken to reduce sugar consumption. However, some people believe that sugary product prices should be increased to reduce their consumption. It is a possible way to control sugar consumption. But, in my opinion, increasing the prices of food products has two main drawbacks. First, buying them will not be as convenient as in the past, and apart from that, it can cause economic issues for local communities. So, I reckon that there are other practical approaches that can be taken to solve this problem. For example, if governments make special rules on food production, then it would be possible to reduce the amount of sugar in foods. On the other hand, if authorities monitor the food manufacturers, then there will be no need to increase the prices to reduce sugar consumption. For instance, in many European countries, some special rules exist to control this problem. In conclusion, there are some ways to overcome this problem. Though many people believe that by increasing the price of the products we can control the consumption, I disagree with this approach. There are other measures that can be taken to address this problem, like making new rules or monitoring companies by local governments.

Response: Taking risks is indeed an irrefutable part of every person's life. It is widely accepted that risk-taking is of paramount importance in both career and private life. Although there might be some setbacks in taking risks in life , many people , myself included, opine that its benefits are far more than its drawbacks. Some obstacles are pivotal to be taken into account before daring to take risks. In terms of career-related ones, one has to weigh all the options to aviod making uncalculated risks. Many businesses, for instance, might go on the verge of bankruptcy, if their leaders do not consider the pros and cons of some decisions. In addition to that, regarding personal risks , some decisions may be abrupt and even hazardous and thus result in prolonged physical or mental impacts. For example, numerous young adults are suffering from physical problems like fracture or hemorrhage because of driving too fast and not considering its consequences. Nevertheless, the positive aspects of taking some risky decisions make them compelling for an individual. By being able to risk in job, one might not miss out once-in-a-lifetime opportunities and is open to new chances, like a new job position or promotion. This also leads to a growth mindset which fuels an individual mind to be more self-confident.Therfore, succeeding after taking risks stimulate a person to grow and embrace more opportunities. In the final analysis, risk taking might take tolls in occupation or personal well-being, however , each person has to leverage taking risks due to its numerous benefits both professionally and personally.

The Future of Printed Media

Response: It is said that the popularity of hard copies will decline in the future due to the expansion of free online sources. Although a significant shift towards online resources is likely to occur, I believe that traditional reading methods will never completely disappear. On the one hand, with the growth of streaming technologies, most people, especially younger generations, tend to follow the latest news via the Internet and online platforms rather than reading conventional newspapers, as it is more convenient and accessible. For instance, individuals who are in a hurry may find it challenging to purchase and carry a heavy printed book to read during their limited free time. Instead, they prefer downloading PDFs and studying their books wherever they choose. However, the disappearance of hard copies is not feasible because reading paper books has already garnered a dedicated fan base worldwide. For example, the elderly are more likely to read printed materials because they can concentrate more effectively; staring at screens can be overwhelming for them. Moreover, some individuals are drawn to the nostalgia associated with physical books, as it is evident that printed novels still have a substantial following. For instance, when a new edition of a Harry Potter book is published, people often stand in long lines to purchase the latest release. In conclusion, while the trend of buying conventional books and newspapers is decreasing dramatically due to technological advances, in my opinion, the complete disappearance of traditional books is unlikely.

Response: In some sociteis believe if children want something in themselves, they will try so hard to achieve it. We can seen this prespective in many cases. There are some positive aspects for trying hardly to acquire something for children. Firstly, children learn on their own and they are more independence. Moreover, they know the value of achievements and their success are more worthy for them. For example, I tried a lot to obtain a new mobile phone, so I worked a lot and I bought it. Now I am satisfied and I appreciate to my mobile phone. Then if children work, they can help their parents especially in this bad situation. On the other hand, there are some negative aspects for children who try a lot to accomplished their desires. Perhaps, they give up, and they can not continue the way of their success, or they quite their aims. As far as I am concered, some children who were born in poor family, have this situation as I told. They can tolerate situation and they can not achieve what they want, and also their parents can not too. Therefore, nowdays parents have not good economics and children see some thing in their school or social media, as a result they get jealous. In conclusion, parents should meets some needs to their children besides that children should try to achieve some thing that they need. Both of them have to help each other.

Response: Could a tree be useful if it was not allowed to have any branches? There has been dispute among certain demographics of society about whether or not other subjects should be added to the cirriculum. Some believe that it is a brilliant idea while others beg to differ. I agree with those students who are innterested in learning other subjects. On the one hand, it is often claimed that learning other subjects could waste a lot of time and energy not letting pupils focusing on their studies. For instance, in Iran there are nearly 22 credits related to religious studies which test all students should pass. Lots of students can pursue their bachelor's degree in 7 semesters rather than 8 if these subjects were not required. In addition to this fact, individuals argue that these subjects may be compeletely unrelated to their major field of study and acknowledging yourself with them is rather unbeneficial. On the other hand, humans are not one-demensional beings. Gaining knowledge about things that may not come off as useful now, will serve you in the future. One of my friends could be set as an example. She had to learn Arabic at university and once she bumped into an Arab person who tipped her around 90 USD for translating what he wanted to order to the waitress. Moreover, taking these kinds of subjects at university helps you expand your social circle. As there may not be so many opportunities to get to know students of other majors, these optional subjects are a helping hand. On the whole, time-consuming and uneffective as learning other subjects might seem, socially and financially it does not disappoint.

Accepting vs. Improving Bad Situations

Response: Some individuals believe that it is best to accept unfavorable circumstance, such as an unsatisfaying job or financial difficulties. In contrast, others think that it is more beneficial to attempt to improve such conditions. From my point of view all people that who live in bad situations always should trying to improve their life. On the one hand, some people are silence in any bad situation and often accept all bad things in their life. One reason why people hold this view is that, these individuals think that they do not have any effect on their problems. In their view, unpleasant events always happen in life, and people must accept them. For instance, when offer them an unsatisfactory job with a low income they say we should accept this situation and continue living with it. On the other hand, the rest of the group , on the contrary , try to solve unsatisfactory in their life and they believe that always should be in trying to improve their life. A strong argument in favor of this view is that, they say, all problems , bad events and unfavorable condition in life are improvable they just require more effort from us. For example if we do not like our workplace we can easily change our job. I think this view can be helpful for have a good life. Taking everything into consideration, although some people say that we just accept bad siuation and others say that we should try to improve them, I think all people never accept bad things in their life and always be in trying to solve and improve them.
