Response: In recent years, people have lost their trust to their usual medical practitioners and substituted professional helps with other sources for medicines as well as treatments. I strongly think, this is a negative trend, and should not be considered in any case due to its harmful implications. To begin with, these days, many people criticise the failure of modern medicine for addressing many health conditions effectively. While this argument can be true in some exceptions, it should be noted that relying on people who are not qualified with the proper medical degree would result in misdiagnoses. This not only delay the process of healing, but also may lead to various side effects as the treatment would not be sufficient for the condition. Consequently, people who prescribed these priscrptions for themeselves or others did this for them, may suffer from other health problems in future, which can have some adverse effects on their overal health. For example, at first glance, taking herbal drinks might sound safe for a common cold, but in some cases it would deteriorate the health of the lungs if it was consumed in a large amount. On the other hand, it has become common that many anonymous sources advertise their pharmaceutical products in social media. Desperate people are often manipulated by these advertisements and purchace their products for alleviating their pain. However, it has been proven that desspite positive feedbaks from these drugs, many contain high amount of addictive substances that only have effects in curbing the pain and not curing the illness itself. Although these can make the patients healthy in the short-term, it would make them addicted in the long-term and face them with its related concequenses. In conclusion, while many people consider using non-prescribed medicines useful for overcoming their sicknesses, in my opinion it has many deletrious outcomes and should be prevented by policymakers.

Response: Some health problems can be caused by consuming too much high-in-sugar foods and beverages. I totally disagree with the statement of considering higher prices in sweet goods because this can increase the costs of other goods and result in monetary extreme situations. Additionally, sugary goods are not always detrimental to people’s health, so people should be aware of correct intake of these foods in order to adapt their sugar consumption to their diets. It is generally believed that increasing the cost of foods leads to increment of other goods. The price of different items are correlated because people are always trading with each other, so if the cost of a product increases, the price of other items will see upward trends, as well. As a result, when people who want to buy sugary foods face an increment in the cost of sugary products, they have no choice but to increase the price of their own products in order to combat the lack required money for buying sugary products. Consequently, when the prices of many items increase, hard economic situations appear, so all the citizens and even the governments face some challenges, such as recession, inflation to name but a few. Therefore, increasing the price of sweetened goods is not an efficient way for restricting people from buying these foods and drinks. Admittedly, foods and drinks which are high in sugar can bring diseases, however, they contain some minerals which are crucial for humans’ bodies. For example, if governments limit consumption of sweet foods in a strict way, people face some diseases, namely low blood pressure, because people need necessary minerals in order to continue their livings in an healthy way. Nevertheless, consuming too much sugar results in some diseases, such as diabetes and high blood pressure. However, people cannot strike a balance for their sugar consumption by monetary aspects because their behavior should receive more attention, not their pockets. Instead, In order to make a compromise between these two issues, people should be aware of the exact amount of sugar consumption for each age, which can be done by food scientists via mass media and social media. Thus, consumption of sweet foods and drinks should not be controlled by increasing the price of these goods, while making aware people of the right consumption of them is more effective. In conclusion, many goods which contain a great deal of sugar can bring illnesses for people. One probable solution is considering an increment in the price of foods and goods, while I claim that his is a negative development because when the price of these foods increase, costs of other items will increase, too. Moreover, people’s knowledge of using sweeteners should be increased by skilled doctors and there should not be any restriction in sugar consumption.

The Emphasis on Novelty in Advertising

Response: Nowadays, businesses use advertisements to tell people that they have a new product that is different from others. I reckon whenever a company emphasizes something, there is a problem there, so on this occasion too I think it is a negative thing. First of all, I believe this occasion is due to competition and consumerism within society. In a society with consumerism, many companies will produce the exact same product, but at different prices so if anyone asks them why they are selling at a higher price while another company sells it at a lower price, they will answer because our product is different and we produced it with high-quality materials, while in fact they didn't. another side of competition is between individuals, everybody looks for something unique and special product which no one else has it, they want to be spectacular so if a company advertises that they have manufactured something new which is differ from others, so many people will go and buy that. In the last paragraph, I said in a consumerist society this kind of behaviorism is so common, but now I'm going to discuss about the effect of this kind of advertisement on individuals. I suppose companies regard advertisements as manipulating people and using cognitive psychological tricks. so when they tell people they have new products which have nothing incommone with others, people will think maybe I should look different. for example, a teenage girl who saw this advertisement on tv, want to hang out with freinds but she feels like she is suppose to be in different close than last time they saw each other so she will go aand buy new things, while she didnt need them at all. I believe this sort of advertisement has a big bad effect on society and makes people unsatisfied with their belongings, consequently, people will buy those new product so the company will do that advertise againe and again.

Response: It is widely accepted that individuals, especially young people, ought to save their money for using in future. This essay explains the reasons why people have to save money. I strongly agree that every person should have a deposit for future. To begin with, it is an essential skill that people have to learn from their childhood. Parents should teach this concept to them to save money for their elderly years. For example, if young people use to save money, it would be possible to explore different places in the world when they get old, and spend their leisure times by creating unforgettable memories and visiting new places. It is definitely convenient for them. In addition, young people ought to consider instability and uncertainty in the economy situation, and they always have to be ready if they lose their job. Having enough saving helps them to live without salary at least for a short period, and they are able to look for a decent job without any concerns. Finally, when a young person decides to marry, having saving is a good support for him/ her. For instance, it is obvious that the person needs huge amount of money to have a wedding party, and saving is really helpful in this circumstance. In conclusion, I believe that it is crucial for people to save money, in order to have welfare in unpredictable moments, or having fun in future. Although it does not mean that people have to be stingy. I claim that not only it helps them to manage their budget, but it also helps them to live comfortably in future.

Response: Some contend that scientists should prioritize improving people's quality of life. I completely agree with this statement. Scientists might have different approaches toward science, ranging from conservation programms to power seizing. One of the most important factors for one's overall well-being is having access to enough food sources. This mentality urges people to seek resources among flourished vegetation and well-developed animals. Some environmentalists, however, believe that animal rights hold equal importance in comparison to human needs; therefore, certain constraints are set in order to compel humankind to live in favour of other creatures, regardless of their own interests. Moreover, during challenging times, science can be enslaved to privilege a nation over others. For instance, in war, governments oblige scientists to develop biological and nuclear weapons to bend components to their will. This approach not only hinders other communities' quality of life but also imposes unbearable pressure on scientists. Nevertheless, it is believed that science should aim for the most rational solution rather than considering humanity and people's preferences. Although scientists have numerous ambitions, it is crucial to prioritize people's pursuits to benefit both society and individuals. Taxpayers allocate a large proportion of scientific funds, entitling them to benefit from its results. Taxes should be used to provide adequate healthcare services and develop technologies that bring about convenience for humankind. This approach can motivate individuals to engage in the collaborative act of taxpaying. Additionally, research has proved that prioritizing other's needs and succeeding in meeting them offers optimal happiness. Helping other individuals can bring about a sense of unparalleled fulfillment that can not be compared to any other accomplishment in life. This feeling can foster one's mental well-being. In conclusion, science has various responsibilities, among which upgrading individuals' lives is the most important motive.

Response: It is becoming increasing common for manufacturers that insist on adverting novelity of their products. This is because they are going to declare customers meeting their needs. Plenty of organisations provide various methods, such as email address, assessment equiries or phone numbers for their customers aimed at receiving their suggestions and critics about manufactures. Based on buyers’ opinions, they will alte current products, produce it and advert new ones through media. Therefore, customers are informed to be met their demands. Moreover, businesses demonstrate sings of responsibility and reliability by paying attention to customers’ ideas which lead to far more successes in the number of customers and ultimately much more sales. However, in my own view, advertising which their products are novel in some ways should be considered as a negative development. That is why financial problems have nowadays restricted the purchasing power of people. Most clients would rather to either update version of using products or do replacement on a low expense rather than buying new one. Therefore, emphesis solely on companies’ innovations in advertisments not only putting pressure on individuals to deal with their recent expectations by providing new one but respondants also encountered irresponsible and misundrestand sellers who force their buyers to meet their needs under any circumstances. In conclusion, although advertisments of new products helps businesses selling higher level of produces and receive more loyal customers, it is possible to transfer feeling of irresponsibility against economical issues of buyers which are increased today.

Response: In many communities, people in the countryside are travelling permanently to metropolises. This trend results in a decline in the population of these places. I think this is a negative trend because it can bring crowdedness for cities, and resulting problems related to high density in population. Additionally, activities related to producing food in towns blur. When people from smaller towns move to bigger cities, the cities face a massive amount of population, which leads to some problems. Clearly, cities boast a number of citizens, and suffers from density of population because they are not big enough to provide enough space for people to settle different places of the city. Consequently, people’s time may be wasted during traffic density. Moreover, resulted stand still traffic jams can bring air contamination because when cars are stopped, a huge amount of carbon dioxide releases to the air, which results in illnesses, such as heart disease and high blood pressure. Therefore, cities cannot be appropriate places for living permanently for many people due to the problems coming from population density. Furthermore, if many rural people move to big cities, food producing become scarce. Rural areas have important roles in providing necessary products and food for their country because the countryside boasts high-quality soil and rainfall, which are crucial for farming. For example, gardeners who live in the countryside have access to specific types of gardening soil. In addition, horticulturists are able to use appropriate methods of irrigation in their gardens, they have a crucial role for providing different types of fruits, such as apples and oranges. As a result, if people who engage themselves in gardening and raising cattle leave their hometown and emigrate to cities, food producing area face a considerable amount of damage because less people are available in cities to provide food for the country. Thus, leaving many rural people from their hometowns is a negative phenomenon because this immigration can influence the food providing of the countries detrimentally. In conclusion, many people living in towns are moving from their hometowns to bigger cities. This pattern has brought a decrease in the population of rural areas, which is a negative point because when the population raises in cities, they face some problems related to crowdedness. In addition to this, decrease in the population of rural areas can make issues related to food providing.

Response: Many health problems, ranging from diabetes to obesity, are associated with consuming foods high in sugar. Some argue that raising the prices of sugary products can discourage excessive consumption. I partly agree with this statement, as the proposed solution may be effective in some countries but not in others, and I will highlight my reasons below. On the one hand, in many developing countries, people often do not have high-paying jobs and struggle with financial problems. As a result, they need to be cautious about their daily spending. Consequently, increasing the price of high-sugar foods can lead to a reduction in sugar consumption. In Iran, for example, people face uncontrollable inflation. This has resulted in removing some products from their shopping carts because they need to buy more economical items. Therefore, in these countries, the financial limitations make it harder for people to afford costly sugary products, leading to better health outcomes and fewer issues stemming from excessive sugar consumption. On the other hand, in developed countries, where people are financially stable, other long-term methods need to be considered to curb the consumption of sugary items. In these countries, the economy often relies on mass-production, thereby prohibitive pricing could lead to unemployment, as manufacturers of sugary food and drinks might face a loss of sales. This situation could potentially result in closures and bankruptcies. Furthermore, one of the best options is to improve public awareness through education and advertisement, especially for children and the elderly, who are more prone to developing diseases like diabetes and obesity. By doing this, people will become more aware of the detrimental consequences of eating sugar and will be able to plan for a balanced diet in the long-term. In conclusion, while increasing prices may be effective in developing countries facing economic turmoil, developed countries should focus on long-term solutions like education on balanced diets to prevent negative consequences for the economy and public health.

Driverless Vehicles: Advantages and Disadvantages

Response: The current version of vehicles and cars will be replaced by driverless ones in the future, and no driver will require for travelling by these cars. I personally believe that several significant benefits contribute to this technology, while some minor drawbacks can arise from this situation. In this essay, I will outline the advantages and disadvantages of driverless cars. One the one hand, I believe that using driverless cars can lead to reduced traffic congestions because by precise speed control and coordinated movements, the traffic flow can be optimized, and gridlock may diminish effectively. In addition, this breakthrough in automobile industry can provides the opportunity for disabled people to possess their own cars and become independent in their daily commuting and travelling. Moreover, from an environmental perspective, the autonomous cars can drive effectively, leading to reduced fuel consumption. This means that the less amount of fuel they consume, the less amount of carbon dioxide emissions will be produced, and it can affect the environment positively. On the other hand, this technology can seem less beneficial for some individuals in the society, as it generally requires an adequate and sufficient infrastructure, which may cost a lot for governments. Consequently, the price of these vehicles may be significantly high, making it unaffordable for some groups in society. Furthermore, this can result in major job losses because it can diminish the need for having driver, therefore the majority of jobs related to driving, including taxi services and deliveries, can influenced by this technology. In conclusion, it seems to me that the possible benefits of replacing normal cars with the driverless ones are more significant than the potential dangers.
