The Importance of Home Ownership

Response: It has been discovered that people from different countries have various attitudes towards their living accommodations. Some people prefer buying houses, while others would rather rent houses. In this essay, I will attempt to outline the reasons for this preference and provide my perspective. Mainly, the culture and economic status of a country affect people’s decisions. In some cultures, owning a house is not a priority for people, as it is not a factor to define their wealth. As a result, countrymen will invest their money in other options like their business, children’s education, and even buying new models of vehicles. Moreover, the government facilities for people’s accommodations could be encouraging. For example, in some countries, the government supports banks to offer special loans for individuals who want to buy a house and help them through its building and renovation process. In my lived experiences, buying a house is vitally essential. It is not only an investment in my country, but also a lifelong accommodation comfort. There are many advantages to buying a house. Firstly, it gives you the freedom to make any changes you want in your own house, such as redecorating, refurbishing, and renovating. For instance, making any changes in a house’s structure requires the owner's permission. Secondly, due to the annual inflation rate in my country, buying a house provides peace of mind for people, as they have no worries about extending the house contract for the next year. In conclusion, depending on an individual’s culture and economic status, owning a house could be a life goal, and countries and governments have a vital role in this decision

Response: People have two different views about the main environmental problem in present. Some people claim that the reducing number of specific animal and plant species is the major problem. Other individuals view it as less crucial issue, in comparison with other environment-related crises. I believe that while preserving wildlife is important due to prevent from their extinctions, other environmental issues such as depletion of the ozone layer would be more vital than other problems. This essay will discuss the both sides of the argument and draw a reasonable conclusion. From one perspective, some support the idea of the decline in the ozone layer should be considered as the most significant problem; to put it simply, it cannot only contribute to climatic changes but also natural disasters. Global warming is one of the consequences of ozonosphere reduction which can bring about natural catastrophe. For instance, melting in the glaciers will be happed as a result of increased global temperature which can lead to floods. Eventually, this natural process can threaten human lives due to the fact that many buildings can be destroyed by the power of flood. From a different angle, some assert that the primary purpose would be conservation of special animals and green areas. They may assume that humans are the one who should survive them as they are not capable being alive in threatening situations. Moreover, there are lots of species which has been disappeared due to citizens' carelessness. If human beings stopped illegal poaching and using up natural resources, they would enjoy the existence of diverse number of them now. In conclusion, although animal and plant preservation are considered to be the main priority, from my point of view, by addressing other natural disasters such depleting of the isothermal layer and global warming, many crises will be controlled. This can lead to a safer place for living not only for animals and plants but also humans.

Accepting vs. Improving Bad Situations

Response: There is a debate between the people who state that it is better to accept bad circumstances, including career or economic difficulties and individuals who assert that they should make a lot of effort in order to combat these challenges. I support the second view since it is possible for people to alter conditions as they gain experience to deal with challenges. People who think that it is better to accept a difficult situation claim that if they deal with challenges, their moods are irritated negatively, and will not be able to focus on their other goals in their lives, so they avoid facing them. These people worry that they may lack capabilities to fight their challenges, so they prefer to avoid them. They state that when they escape from their problems, including financial hardshape or not having a stimulating job, their minds are clear for planning other tasks. For instance, Professor Hesabi, who was a young Iranian child facing complicated financial issues, cleared his mind of not having sufficient money. Although he encountered economic challenges in his life, he could concentrate on his educational aspects of his lives by forgetting his financial problems, so he could create a bright future for himself. Consequently, he could have the potential of moving up the educational ladder and became one of the greatest figures in the history of Iran. However, if he had engaged himself in thinking about his financial issues, he would have been bombarded by negative anxiety, which might have been disappointed him considerably. Therefore, it is possible that when people elude their challenges, they will have the potential of concentrating on their other targets. Nevertheless, other people assert that if they embrace their challenges and combat them, they will be able to resolve their problems since all the problems can be addressed efficiently. When people encounter a challenge, they should not elude it since if individuals accept it, they can become more mature. When they have gained a great deal of experience, they will be able to solve their issues effectively. In fact, the more mature they are, they more chances they will have to resolve their issues. For example, Oliver Twist, who suffered from extreme economic hardshape, had no choice but to work from dawn to dusk. However, he did not become disappointed, and tried to work more, so he could transform his life into a better life and could enhance it. As a consequence, if he had given up, he would not have been able to change his career. Thus, people should embrace challenges and do their best to address their difficult parts of their lives. In conclusion, whereas some people believe that is it better to accept a complicated situation, others state that they should deal with challenges in order to ameliorate those conditions. I agree with the second group because if people encounter issues, they become more mature, so they can alleviate their hard situations.

Response: It has been discussed that music can bring people together from different cultures in all age ranges. I strongly agree with this opinion, due to the fact that music is been international these days. Firstly, music always is something beyond than its lyrics. Therefore, it’s not essential for people to learn a language in order to understand a music. Secondly, music refers to the listener’s feelings and touches their heart. In fact, human listen to music by their heart, not their logics. For example, studies show that babies can hear and feel the music before their birth. Finally, there are no limitations for people to listen to other cultures music. However, the music taste of a person could change during her or his life area, age would not assume as a maintaining factor to listen a special sort of music. In today’s world, we can assume music as an international language. Thanks to the advancement of technology, various types of music from different culture and countries are available. In other word, modern life has provided us with a varied range of music. For example, people can dance with an unknown music together and make connections just with music to feel closer to each other. One more example would be the music which trend on social media and people after hearing them decide to look for them on the internet and play or send them to their loved ones. In conclusion, music not only gather people together despite their ages and their cultures, but also could be a learning method to know and learn more about others.

Response: People have different views about the extent of success of advertising in order to being persuasive. Some people believe that advertising play a key role in our shopping choices. Others view it as ineffective element due to its prevalent. I believe that while viewers are used to watch advertisements, they still cause a considerable impact on our shopping habits, as in many cases, they are tempting and can easily persuade customers to purchase things. This essay will examine both sides of the argument and draw a reasonable conclusion. From one perspective, some support the idea of the strong power of advertisements in persuading us to buy things, to put is simply, they believe advertisers employ tricks and catchy slogans. They argue that these tricky means of advertising can persuade them to buy the things that they do not really need. In other words, they work through suggestion while making unrealistic needs. Negative comments posted on websites after delivering the good, a shining example, can confirm this view. These advertised products are reported to be flashy and poor in quality by the victims of advertisements. From a different angle, some assert that advertisements are become a normal part of our life which cannot grab attention not anymore. Moreover, they may be disturbed by them initially, however, repetitive concepts can be ignored not only by individuals' mind but also their eyes due to the fact that these organs often seek new information. Thus, they are not capable to make impression on them. In their opinion, these common enticing messages, albeit impressive, would not have the power to affect their choices and other factors can be more important, such as quality or price. In conclusion, although repetitious advertisements may not make audiences to pay attention to them in order to they barely have something new to offer, from my point of view, advertising industry often provide well-designed content which can stick to customers' mind while causing a positive perspective about their products and raising demand for their products.

Response: This passage is to discuss that in some people's point of view advertising has so many benefits to give motivation to individuals to purchasing things. While, others thing it is so ordinary that nobody is no longer attracted to advertising. In my opinion, advertising always can make people to think about buying your product. Speaking of advertising, it depands on so many things. First of all, it depands on what products do you sell, in fact, your products illustrates what kind of people are going to be your costumers.Nevertheless, it can put you in a hot watter. For example, if you sell some stufs that are associated to either cars or machines, you can not selling this to households. So, with the aim of having a successful advertising, you have to depict your products in some kind of car exhibitions. Secondly, not only is it must be interesting, but also, it must elaborate your products as well as what they are; however, discribing needs aroma of knowlages and researchs. As a side note, we can see a lot of advertising on the internet or television, if we focus on details, we can see most of them are made with dramatic paints that can motivate viewer to purchasing their peoducts such as Coca cola. Finaly, it is noticeable that advertising costs money a lot and in some points wasteful spending on it can lead you to belly up, so spending money in order to have good repercosions is notable. For instance, had i had a clothing business, i would have spent around 40% of my income on advertising and i would have been aware of spending neighther top dollar nor worthless advertising. In sum up, although i entirely agree with people that are saying about advantages of advertising in order to selling things, i partly agree with the others who say it has no longer pay attention.

Response: Urbanization and modern life have presented people with several challenges and decisions, the crux of the matter is related to environmental problems. Although it is thought by some that these days, the principle issue is rooted in losing especial categories of plants and animals, others opine that there are some priorities in environmental obstacles. I consider that the environment is suffer from air pollution more than extinction of some rare and scarce animals and plants. On the one hand, many individuals believe that the problem of air pollution is more important than others because all creatures in the world need fresh air to live. In addition, the air is getting contaminated due to waste disposal in petrochemical companies that may emmite the green house gas into the air, followed by melting glaciers and global warming. As a result, not only does it harmful for human beings, but also poses a threat to the lives of other creatures. On the other hand, some people think that loss of especial innocent creatures and plants would be the significant problem in the environment because trees and animals play a crucial role in life cycle. For example, trees are shelter and the habitates of many animals and supply human's foods. However, underestimating the importance of considering the obtacle of air pollution and global warming is illogical because it can be regarded as a key step to live in the blue planet. In conclusion, although loss of some rare animals and plants would be one of the problems of the environment, contaminating the air in the contamporay era, can be more arguable. Therefore, air pollution can ruin the cycle of living more of creatures and destroy the nature of blue planet by melting glaciers and global warming.

Response: It is argued that advertising has a significant influence on individuals, while other people believe it is really common and we do not care about it anymore. I think the former group has a point as they use remarkable technics that people even do not realize the influences of that. In the forthcoming essay, both points of view as well as mine shall be discussed. In the one hand, advertising is not a new way of marketing as it was created decades ago. To explain more, people believe that when advertising was a modern way of pursuing people to buy products, it was effective. As a result, people do not fall in the traps of this companies anymore and they are wiser than those tricks. Moreover, now peopel have negative out look on commercials and they have guard against them. For example, based on a survey that countributed in Cambridge University, 40% of people in USA turned the tv off when it started to show advertisements in 2021. On the other hand, new technics are trickier than people think. In other words, the effective ways for opting people to choose a product are studied by experties and they always update it. As a result, lack of people's information leads to purchasing stuff without finding what push them forward. Furthermore, consumerism is increased which is the result of advertising. For instance, in developing countries, people buy things more due to the advertisements and it encourages them to consumerism. To conclude, although commercials are not a modern way of persuading people to purchase things and people have a negative point of view about that, companies are trying to update the ways of that and they use tricky advertisements which is successful in developing countries.

Response: In the 21st century many types of technologies improve to facilitate people's lives. In my opinion, the fascinating one is artificial intelligence that is usually called AI. It affected all parts of human's life, especially transportation. In the first decade of the 21st century, many scientists tried to use something to improve the quality of transportation and make it easier for all groups of people. They decided to innovate some vehicles which didn't need a driver or someone to control it. Initially it seems impossible, but after few years Tesla provided new cars that used this technology. There are many advantages for driverless and artificial cars. People who can not drive and someone who has a disability, don't need a driver license, therefore they can travel everywhere that they want with their own cars. Safety in vehicles is the most important factor. Artificial cars drive safer than human drivers. There are many sensors and radars that can be useful in some dangerous situations. On the other hand, some people claim that these types of vehicles aren't reliable. They know everywhere that you travel and also know everything that you do. It can be very enormous trouble for consumers as well as the price of these vehicles isn't economical and there are many people who can't replace their old car with a new one. Also roads and highways need to be update based on artificial vehicles. It's better to improve some infrastructure for these cars, and also governments have to replace gas stations by electric chargers. In my opinion, the advantages of driverless cars are more important than their disadvantages. Also all progressive countries encourage people to buy these vehicles. For example to reduce taxation or provide some loan for purchasing these cars. In conclusion, we will see very enormous changes in the future. Driverless cars, buses and trucks are one of these changes. Thus we need to be adaptable and flexible against changes to have better life condition. Response: It is possible that several modes of transportation, such as cars and buses will be driven automatically without any needs to drivers. I am convinced that by developing technology it is more likely to produce driverless vehicles, which bring considerable advantages to human. Enhancing road safety can result from commuting by driverless vehicles. Human errors in driving contribute to a large amount of traffic accidents. Drivers may be distracted by whatever surrounding them, including the other passengers, their cell phones or what seeing on the road. They also cannot concentrate on their driving due to different inappropriate physical and mental conditions. Having said that, driverless cars secure the safety and reduce the rate of accidents by using cutting- edge technology, like artificial intelligence, sensors and navigation systems. Environmental concerns can be mitigated if driverless cars will be used widely. The state- of-the- art vehicles feature the electronic panels, in order to generating the energy, reducing the air pollution and increasing the quality of air. Hybrid automobiles, for example, these days, are using in developed countries, which strive to expand the eco-friendly cars, utilizing electricity without producing fumes and greenhouse gasses. By contrast, Driverless vehicles can jeopardize job opportunities. This means that driving is regarded a career for professional drivers. By widespread usage of these vehicles, not only the rate of unemployment will grow but also it can cause several mental disorders, such as depression, high level of stress and agitation. Furthermore, the development and maintenance costs of driverless technology may put financial pressure on both manufacturers and consumers. Companies must use quality and modern facilities to produce these vehicles, customers should invest to buy and maintain them rather ordinary cars. Nevertheless, driverless cars may cause some demerits for societies, the merits of extent use of them are more remarkable. In conclusion, I truly believe that driverless vehicles are useful to ensuring the security and safety of roads, in addition to reducing air pollution. It is undeniable that this technology can result in unemployment and financial difficulties, which are effectively alleviated by government’s schemes.
