In this essay I will explore some reasons associated with this trend and suggest some solutions. To begin with causes, some people are curious about the culture and history. This is because, if their house has historical background, it will give them a sense of pride and identity. For instance, some buildings have rich history, such as the design of those which come from well-known people or are used for particular architectural methods. Additionally, some people have an interest in mysterious stories about their place where they live. This happens because they have heard or watched interesting stories about them. For example, in several movies and legends, people who move to a house face unusual happenings, and after research, realize that a previous landowner has killed someone and hidden their bodies in the garage or underground, or might there were a treasure. So residents become interested in figuring out about past events of their home. There are various ways to collect information about the history of a building. Firstly, residents can ask from neighbors and former possessors. They often have factual and true data. Secondly, they can understand by surfing on the Internet or online archive. because if houses have special features or histories, they usually are recorded in these databases. In conclusion, different reasons attract the attention of people about knowing the past of their building, like rich history and architectural design. and individuals can gather data by hands-on resources or online.

Response: There is an ongoing debate about whether competition or cooperation should be prioritized in various aspects of life, including at work, at school, and daily routin activities. While some individuals advocate competetion, believing it drives excellence and resiliency at work, I firmily assume that cooperation would be the best approach, as could provide with sopportive ambience as well as increased collective intelligence. On the one hand, cooparative activity bring about an advocative environment, where individuals can florish while contributing eachother conquering any obstacle they might face along the way. Additionally, cooperation can enable them to improve their collective consciousness, as they priviously worked together and strengthened their weaknesses. As an example, when students at schools are divided in groups in order to learn and practice their subjects, they remarkably react more productively compared to those are enforced to cope with education hardship personally. On the other hand, however, there would be some people who supports the idea of competetion rather than cooperation. They hold this perspective that when people are under pressure of competetion, they mostly strive to do their best and finally outperform they rivals which leads to relience performance in though situations. To conclude, despite of the some considering competion as better approach, I firmly contend that cooperation is the most appropriate way coping with hurddles in life, as not only could bring about a freindly sopportive environment, bot more importantly could provide with the increased collective awareness that everyone could success at work and other aspects of life.

As a result, acquiring knowledge and enhancing skills are the potential benefits that children can gain through watching videos on YouTube and playing stimulation games, however these devices have far-reaching consequences. The most important one is obesity. In fact, children who play games, by sitting and watching the monitors, they become inactive, which leads to have the sedentary lifestyle. For instance, students strive to be more active on the online platforms, so their homework are sacrificed to have more time to play. Moreover, the health problems are caused, too. Having the weak eyes are the most crucial effects of spending hours on smartphones. In conclusion, in recent decades, the popularity of cellphones among children has increased significantly, and they are several motivations to use phones, such as playing games. Although this situation carries certain advantages, such as gaining new information, in my opinion, this trend is a negative development because of its potential drawbacks, including having sedentary life and obesity.

Personally I believe dedicating all time to main subjects can be more beneficials. Those who argue that students should focus on studying for their qualifications believe it can offer several advantages. As a result , population in rural is decreasing. while this development brings some benefits like availability of good facilities, it presents more disadvantages including, overcrowding in cities, and isolation of rural people. Rural-to-urban immigration can offer some advantages . Cities offer higher quality of life. urban areas often offer good medical and education facilities, which make life more convenient and comfortable for residents. Moreover, cities provide better employment opportunities. When individuals move to cities, they are more likely to secure better job with good job prospect and higher incomes. Therefore, many people are drawn to cities due to the convenience and ample job opportunities that they have to offer. However, moving from rural areas to urban areas often presents several drawbacks. Rural areas often face workforce shortage. Decreasing employees leads to closure and bankruptcy of different sectors and services in rural areas, which not only can decrease the quality of life for rural residences but also make them feel isolated. This can also slowdown the economic growth in rural areas. Moreover, in cities, overcrowding can place pressure on infrastructures and essential services. Therefore. Many sectors in cities have to decrease the quality of their service to meet the needs of increased population. In conclusion, although moving to cities can increase the quality of people’ live, it present some challenges like overpopulation in cities and workforces shortage in rural areas. There fore, it can be considered completely negative developments.

Response: Employees should have more free time by having longer free time. Companies and organizations should make their work hours shorter. Personally, I agree with this statement because it offers benefit, including improving mental health of employees, increased employee’s productivity and efficiency. Shorter working week can offer some advantages. It improves the mental health and overall well-being of employees. If individuals have more free time, they can engage in various activities like exploring hobbies, socializing with friends and families. they can participate in activities that lead to personal growth like reading book or learning new skills .by having more free time for other activities, individuals can enjoy higher quality of life, which significantly contributes to mental health. moreover, it also paly a crucial role in job satisfaction, when workforces have enough time for rest, they are less likely to leave their job. If individuals are well-rested, they are more likely to stand out in their work place. Companies can yield financial benefit by having innovative workforces. The more creative and productive employee companies have the more economic growth they have. The advantages and disadvantages of both ideas will be discussed. For example the advantages of this idea about working hard can prepare children more for future and they will be independent when they grow up. Indeed, the society needs strong people because every body should prepare himself/herself for living in the society so it is better to prepare our children for future and this opinion will help children to be more strong and independent. Childhood will pass soon, thus parents have a vital role to teach their children to gain self-confident. It is obviouse by hardworking you don't need others for fianacial issues so will have more self-confident, but in the other hand, it has some disadvanteges because this idea make children far away from childhood. As you know a child should play and be happy because this time plays a crucial role in adulthood. When children involve in subjects which they relate to adulthood can cause anxiety and frigthening in future and they can not feel joy and happiness, in addition it brings stress and disappointment for their future life. these children will experience the problems and issues of adulthood sooner than others. Totally, childhood I mean one to seven years old children can influence on their whole life and if perants don't pay attention to this golden time will regret in future.

When it comes to living in miserable conditions, it is widely acknowledged that when a company goes bankrupt, almost all their employees decide to resign, meanwhile, there might be a few workers who receive a shortage of salary and they think if they stay and work hard, the company might see an increasing trend in success. Consequently, when an employee decides to work in this situation, he might spend all their youth on something that is not valuable. When he gets older and faces difficulties, he might live in a state that does not even have enough budget to provide medical healthcare. On the other hand, if someone opts to live in a satisfying state and has enough confidence to desire this situation, this person can easily have a better life. For example, when an individual encounters bad conditions, he might decide something logical for their future, thus he can seek new job opportunities or a better place to have a secure financial situation and they can also allocate a separate budget for his family's future, and more importantly, he enjoys his work condition. In conclusion, while it is true that sometimes being patient might be beneficial for our job. However, I think it is more vital to not take the risk and pursue a better job condition, thus it has an effect on our later years and the family's sufficient budgets.

The first group are attracted to this because of enhancing their skills or acquiring knowledge for their daily conservations. So, for this purpose subjects such as history and geography are popular. The other group, they strive to learn about other academic subjects to be highly accomplished in their main area. For instance, architecture students by gaining information about other cultures make opportunities in their career to work with foreign companies. On the other hand, others argue that studying main subject should be a priority for university students. There are various reasons for this case. Firstly, they believe that their subjects are important enough, and there is no need for further mastering. In this way, areas like cardiology, involving continues studying countless books, are their full-time duties, thus, studying another subject would be a distracter for them. In addition, some consider that university is just a place for getting a qualification, and through their work and activities, they can necessary expertise or knowledge. In conclusion, students hold differing views whether they should only focus on their subjects or studying other subjects, too. Although some believe that they should only study their main subjects because of how crucial it is to them, other students argue that discovering other areas are as effective as their own subjects. I assert that learning a new subject is a key factor not only to have a successful career but also to be better in our lives.
