Response: While some contend that competition is beneficial in different areas of one's life, others argue that cooperation should be prioritized. Although I acknowledge the importance of former approach, I have an inclination to gravitate towards the latter mentality. At individual and professional levels, competitions can bring about optimal benefits. Human beings are inherently looking forward to a lifestyle through which they can guarantee safety and avoid challenges. This approach, however, is in stark contrast with the desire to develop and climb the career ladder. Therefore, in order to progress and surpass the genetically coded aspiration for convenience, a catalyser is needed. Competition is an exemplary catalyst, which can motivate individuals to step out of their comfort zone, walk through uncharted territories, and unleash potential, ultimately contributing to individual self-growth and companies' profit generation. Secondly, competition can motivate students to accomplish a lot during their school years. It motivates children to work harder and bring about their optimal potential through standardized exams in order to secure a place of popularity among their peers. These trials can be really beneficial in the long term, as children learn to work diligently and foster a sense of resilience and patience, which serves them well during challenging times. However, the benefits of cooperation in finding thorough solutions and fostering invaluable skills among young individuals seem more profitable. As people learn to cooperate, they get a chance to observe a certain problem from various perspectives; each individual has their own mindset for resolving an issue, however, while cooperating, they consider their colleagues' viewpoint and can bring about a holistic solution that remedy the situation more effectively. Moreover, teaching students to work with their peers can benefit them in various ways. For instance, they learn teamwork skills and how to address issues without letting conflicts overwhelm their conversations. These valuable skills will serve them well in their future jobs and shape well-rounded citizens who value other people's interests as well as themselves. In conclusion, I personally believe that the advantages of cooperation outweigh that of competition.

Response: The effectiveness of either competition or collaboration at school, and at work sparks a controversial debate among people. While some individuals believe that being competitive can encourage people to be innovative, others contend that cooperating can contribute to personal growth. This essay will investigate both perspectives before presenting my viewpoint. Proponents of competition assert that people in the competitive world can maximize their efforts to accomplish their goals. They believe that competitive environments can motivate people to try harder in order to stay ahead, and reach their goals. Similarly, competitive individuals make an effort to come up with new ideas and solutions to overcome challenges, leading to finding innovative ideas and logical answers for problems. For instance, at a workplace, employees who have an inclination to get promotion try to find rational answers for issues and present practical ideas. Individuals who advocate collaboration believe through team working people can acquire some significant skills. When people are working together, they interact with each other in various aspects of projects which can build their communication skills. Moreover, cooperation includes lots of work sharing and responsibility that requires tolerance and respect for other people's opinion, contributing to personal development which is crucial for their future life. For example, students through group activities not only do their school assignments but also learn some life lessons, so they can prepare for life. In conclusion, while some people advocate the benefits of a competitive environment, others believe a cooperative atmosphere can help people to burgeon their personality. In my point of view, people should cooperate with each other and learn different skills as long as they try to reach their goals.

Response: In terms of how people must behave in their work office, at school or , there are two schools of thought. One claims that rivalry would be beneficial. On the other hand, others assert that people should accompany each other instead of competing. However, both of these approaches will be discussed in this essay, in addition to mine. First and foremost, it is an undeniable fact that employers have been putting a considerable amount of both physical and mental pressure on their employees shoulder since the arrival of our tech-driven era. Developed technology gave rise to emerging a toxic atmosphere between companies, especially the boards of directors, in order to prove to each other which one is better in providing services to customers. Based on psychological facts, you will become what your surroundings vibes are. Moreover, pupils are focusing on numerical results, rather than what they have really learned. They are sacrificing quality for quantity. Principals contribute to this situation through arising a sense of unreal proud or making students to compare themselves with each other, which can leak into their souls. In this regard, when these mentioned people come back home after their work hours or school, they tend to behave this way since it has become a core part of their personality as its long-term effects. On the contrary, there are individuals who view this concept from a different angle. Such people that would prefer cooperation, believe that the more they interact with others, the more experienced they would become. For instance, when either a person who you care about or a stranger is in trouble, and you take a step to help them, not only you convey a sense of empathy, but also there is a chance for you to learn something new in this occasion from them. It is worth mentioning that it has a positive effect on boosting your daily mood due to helping a human being. Additionally, imagine a school, office or a family in which its members are constantly turning green with envy, and want to surpass each other. At the end, there is nothing left but a ruined cozy corner, which once was supposed to witness their delighted relationship. Therefore, they consider cooperation a necessity to make progress in every aspects of their lives, not racing. In conclusion, I am a proponent of both the former and the latter, striking a perfect balance. Despite all the drawback lay behind the competition concept, if people should live a happier life, full of success and respect, it is their responsibility to figure out where they should show sympathy or contestation.

Response: According to recent research, many people suggest that having a competition at work, school, or in daily life can improve their mind and help them work harder. However, other claims that a focus on cooperation would be an ideal way due to high levels of motivation. In my opinion, competition can yield significant outcomes, but it's better to collaborate with others. On the one hand, today the majority of people are in competition during their life. Competitions can lead to individuals improving their minds and working harder due to the competitive spirit that motivates everyone to work harder and gain new experiences. foe example After school graduation, every student will enter university, where many students will compete against each other. on the other hand, fostering in collaborative environment is more valuable. when peoples work with a smarter partners than they can notice their mistakes and easily correct them also it is gives them motivation to work harder and to be on the one level with thier partners. for instance, sophomore student can help to the freshman student to produce a presentation or delivered some ideas for them, as a result; freshman student will get motivation and support to work harder. In conclusion, living with competition can lead some people working harder due to competitive spirit and achieve their goals. However, collaboration plays a fundamental part of human development because of high levels of motivations and feedbacks and advices that's given by smarter individuals.
