Response: In many cultures having your own house means your wealth, stability, and maturity. I agree with renting house up to a point, having a house for your own provides more convenient. In this essay I will recount some advantages and disadvantages of being a landlord. On the one hand, it is now widely accepted that owning a home can create more comforts for individuals due to some reasons. For instance, firstly, if you have your own home, you can renovate and decorate your place as you want. Secondly, there is no body to ask you to move and change your location. After that, if house prices are rising, buying a house is a great way to invest your money. Finally, I believe that, your properties are a reflection of your lifestyle. Within buying a house you can apply your own lifestyle on the home. On the other hand, renting has its own benefits. For instance, it is more economical in the short time. Also, the other merit is that people are not affected by changing house prices. Moreover, a major advantage of living in temporarily is that people can relocate more easily in case of changing their job. Furthermore, when somebody is a tenant, she or he is not responsible for repairs and maintenance. In conclusion, in many cultures buying a house means your ability to maintain welfare and convenience. In my view, both of them have their benefits. Owning a home can be an investment. However, it can limit your freedom to change your place in case of job switching.

Response: While some people advocate for owning housings insteade of renting them due to their welfare's situation and psychological traits, others claim that spending so much money on accommodation only prevents you from enhancing your wealth. On one hand, possessing a residence has its own psychological benefits for individuals. It is also true that in every culture and country peoplemalways prioritize purchasing their homes above anything else. I believe that people do that in order to feel secure and safe in a chaos world. Besides, living in somewhere safe and tranquil can avoid you negative emotions like anxiety and depression caused by being undecisive and insecure. Although there are many countries that people are daily experiencing a steady rise of expenses, so they have no choice to purchase every item they can today instead of not buying them tomorrow. This phenomenon is often seen in developing countries in Asia and Africa. For example, In my country (e.g., Iran), our salaries do not rise with other prices, and housings cost twice more than they worthed last year; so in this situation, whoever that bought an accommodation last year is not able to buy one now. On the other hand, critics of this method believe that putting a noticeable part of your budget in accommodation can cease you from progressing for many years, as you could do a business with your money and make significant profits. Athough the value of the house will increase with other prices; however, you will not be able to use a part of that money on other expenditures. In conclusion, owinig your home, despite bringing the feelings of relief and satisfaction can also protect you from volital and unstable prices. However, in a stable society with reasonable prices, spending a substantial part of your budget on housing would not be the wisest decision to make.

Response: In some countries, individuals prefer to have home for themselves instead of renting home. I think saving money is really significant for some people. So, they believe that with buying home can save more money and this is positive appreciation. Indeed, I have 2 main reasons for my view. first of all, when people rent the house, they should transport after ending of their constant. So they have to pay lots of costs for transforming. Thus, they try to buy the home and save their income. In some countries such as, my country, Iran, almost of people work hard in order to buy the home because of our adverse economy. we have tough financial situation. Also, annual homes become more expensive than last year because of our high inflation. secondly, in some countries, individuals feel more relax in their own home and it is important to them. Actually, they can change inside or yard of their home without any stress. while if you rent the home, you would not have allowed that change the decoration. In addition, some people could not grow the plantes in their garden since, they rent the homes and the homes do not belong them. people who buy the home, feel a sense of stability and security. In conclusion, in some countries that have rising inflation, almost of citizens choose to buy the homes instead of renting them because they tend to have financial investment. Moreover, people feel more comfortable in their own homes than in the rented one.

Response: Some people around the world hold the view that ownership of a home instead of renting one is crucial. This belief arises from several aspects like being worried about the future and the ability to save money. From my point of view, this situation brings an unfavorable aspect to lives which will be discussed in this essay. To commence with, the main issue that people care about is the future of children, so they make numerous efforts to buy a house even though it is small in size. parents who worry about the future of their children would like to provide an accommodation where their children can live there without distress. In addition, because the major part of a family’s expenditure is rent, buying a house is regarded as the most effective way to save money. For instance, most Iranian people believe that buying a house is a kind of profitable investment. The notable point which usually overlooked is that this behavior has negative features such as ignoring pleasure. The only purpose of living is to reach happiness and it is undeniable. Some people spend a remarkable part of their lives working in order to earn adequate money to buy a house which may lead to dissatisfaction in the late age of their life. Furthermore, they may miss the enjoyable time of their life such as the time when they can play with their children. For instance, one of my colleagues, who is the founder of a well-known company, always feels regretful about why he was not at his daughter's wedding party owing to the fact that he had to work. In conclusion, some people all over the world are of the opinion that it is vital to have a home instead of renting one. The reasons for this belief and also the minus point of that have been brought up and clarified vividly.

Response: In modern life, many individuals are becoming more interested in having their own residence instead of renting one. The following paragraph will shed some light on the main reason for this trend, and why I completely believe that this is a positive development. To begin with, one of the primary reasons for this phenomenon is that, for many people, owning an independent house is a social status. To illustrate, numerous individuals from different parts of the world perceive having their own building as a sign of wealth and respect. Many families in Jordan, for example, live in their residential complex and refuse to rent an apartment, even though it would be financially challenging to build or purchase a private home. Another point to add is that for some nations living in a rented residence is a kind of shame and gives an image that the parents are unable to secure a safe house for their children. However, I am strongly convinced that such a practice is a positive situation. This is because purchasing an independent house is a long-term investment. To elaborate, housing is a successful investment for the future as its prices normally rise over time. For instance, an individual with an average income may buy a flat today and sell it if they encounter sharp financial issues in the future. Furthermore, a private house is considered a safe area for children to grow up with privacy and security. In conclusion, while holding a high social status is the main reason why some people are in favor of having their own residence, investing for the future and providing a safe environment for kids are the reasons why I totally believe that this is a positive trend.
