Some people think that competition at work, at school, and in daily life is a good thing. Others believe that we should try to cooperate more, rather than competing against each other. These days, most day-to-day jobs should be done by teams. As a result, soft skills have become more important as we need to work in groups, not by ourselves. One of these soft skills is being able to not see our colleagues as competitors and work together to achieve the team's goals. In my opinion, having a balance between cooperation and competition unlocks a team's maximum potential.
